Ok, I just started a diet and it's just a regular diet: Lowfat, lowsugar, smaller portions, watching what I'm eating and exercise. Well ever since I started the diet and I haven't really been hungry. And others times when I am hungry and eat, I feel like throwing up. And usually after going to the gym (just a 30 min. cardio workout), I really feel like I'm going to puke, even if I haven't eaten anything. What is wrong with me?!?!

anybody no ingredients to make protein drinks to help u get muscles and bigger. Or dus any1 no where to get protein powders like which shops and where bouts in romford, essex, ilford or barking? cos i wanna get some protein drinks or powder an stuff lyk dat. Please help i rate high

ok well, i'm 5'5 and 103. i feel skinny, but at the same time i want to lose weight! it's very frustrating. my friends tell me i'm so skinny and stuff, but i really just want to lose weigh- not much, just like a few pounds. another concern is being anorexic. i'm not and i definitely dont want to be! basically iam wondering if i should try to lose weight.. like would it be unhealthy? and how should i go about doing this? thank you

I have dandruff and whenever I wash my hair, my hair is all moisturized and great. But when my hair dries my scalp gets all dry and itchy. I have tried all the shampoos but they do not work. My question is: is there any kind of moisturizer (besides something where you have to get your hair wet) to use when my hair dries?

Does anyone know (please) some quick solutions to a zit...I'm not talking a pimple but one of the bigger zits that form under the skin and hurt=( i just want it to decrease in size without it becoming a scab. Please help!

I told my mom I wanted to go on a diet and she thought it was a good idea to see a nutritionist. So before we could do that she had to make me an appoitment with my doctor. Im really scared because I dont know if she is going to measure my weight. I hate that and that is like my fear! Will she just talk to me about my eating or will she see how much I weight? Please answer! And what will the nutritionist tell me? Thanks so much. ♥

Is seltzer a good substitute for soda. I'm trying not to drink soda, would seltzer { cranberry seltzer} be a good drink to drink if i want "fizzy" but without drinking soda? I hope that made sense lol. Thanks in advance!

i am a dancer (7 classes a week), i eat very healthily, but i cant seem to lose weight! i am 5'3" and a half inch and weigh about 113 pounds. i am not super fat, but my lower stomach, face, and thighs are. how can i help this?

Hey ya'll! I'm a 16/f and I have a question about bathingsuits...I'm pretty tan- but from tennis so i have sock lines and shorts lines. I'm fine with my stomach when it comes to bathing suits but not so much with my thighs. I'm 127 and athletic but my thighs aren't as small as I would want them to be(5/6 AE jeans..) and the short lines don't help. So my question is should i still get a regular bikini? I've tried shorts but most are to big around the waist and don't fit awesome- even after my mom makes the waist smaller. So should i get a regular bikini bottom? If not, should i just work on getting shorts or is there another option? Thanks! <<3

ok so i weigh about 126... and i need to weigh 105 before a start to wear my swimming suit!!!!!!! please help me and dont say i dont need to loose weight because you dont know that. how do you loose 21 pounds in like 3weeks???? do i just not eat?!

Ok, i'm 15 years old and i've had my period for about two years. It's VERY irregular. I'll skip two months and then get it, and crazy stuff like that. It's never the same time of the month either.. not that i can really remember since there is so much time between periods. I'm 5'6 and i weigh 105. I'm skinny and some websites say im underweight and to go to a doctor. I eat though! I just have a fast metabolism and exercise. Do you think it's because of my weight? Does that sound unhealthy? Why is my period SO irregular STILL after two years? haha thanks.

This year, i got put into the earliest lunch period at school- i eat lunch at 10:30 am. because of this, i stopped eating breakfast, so that i'm hungry at lunch. but then, since i eat so early, i am starving my the time school is out. by dinner, i'm not very hungry, and i get hungry around 930ish. i hate my eating schedule- its so screwed up and i know it can't be good for my body. any ideas?

okay so i am veggie, and i really dont eat all that much. and when i do it is mostly fat free.. calorrie free.. or w/e.
i am really obb. about my weight, and the way my body looks.
even though every one says i have a perfect body.. mice size boobs, good curves in my stomache then a nice booty that all the boys look at.. but thats not good enough for me. i work out 5 times a week for 1 and 1/2 hours a day.
my ribs are getting to the point were they stick out, and they feel really thin.
whats going on with me.. i cant even get my self to sit down and eat like fatty food.. or like . watch tv.. and its even hard for me to sit here. i always have to be moving, and working out .. and i just feel like im running out of...
