Not eating enough

Hey! Please don't answer saying OMG YOU'RE ANEROXIA or how ever that is spelled.

I'm 15 5'4 female about 135 pounds. I'm not really fat but i'm not skinny, but i use to eat way to much. Like i was bored, so i grabbed a cookie. Lately i've stopped eating and only eat when im hungry. Unfortunaly, i took this to the extreme by accident. I realized today i hadn't eaten (it's 6pm) all day and i should eat, so i had cheese and crackers and now im really full. I honestly hadn't realized how hungry i was. im afraid my body is going to go into starvation mode if i only eat once a day and make me fatter/ is that true? or is eating light once or twice enough to keep it satisfied and use the calories i eat?!

hey umm i have some acne and i have meet the teacher nite like tomorrow and school starts like in 3 days is there anything i can use to help clear it up at least a little bit before school starts and if so wats it called and where can you get it at??? thankx

My brother is away for the week and i'm normally allowed to stay up to 11 and my brother makes sure i go to bed. So i'm staying up later (a lot later) and i'm eating a lot at night. i'm afraid that i'm going to gain a lot of weight because i'm not going to be able to work it off. i don't want to throw it up because 1.that's just nasty 2.it's unhealthy 3.if i try it i might continue and become bulimic. could someone help me on what to do?

I weigh only around 70 and i'm 13 but i have big legs and i'm skinny but sometimes it looks like i'm kinda fat and i really want to be a model becuase i got an offer but i want to lose some of the fat on my legs and stuff, but i only 70 pounds so could it be dangerous? please help me i'll rate 5's for good answers

hey how can i lose wieght like eat healthier and wat are some exercises i can go to lose some weight like in my stomach area. i mean i not over wieght at all but im starting to get a little belly. lol so i wanna get rid of it. so wat kind of healthier food should i eat and what kind of exercises should i do a day???

i am 5'3" and weigh 104 lbs( i am a girl)
i just got back form camp and now my mom is telling me that i look too skinny, but i think i need to loose 5 pounds. how can i make her see things my way so she doesnt get mad at me when i diet.

I want to lose weight and I was reading somewhere that you just need to burn more calories than you take in for the day. Is that true? So if I eat, let's say, 400 cals a day and try to burn that much or more w/ exercise, will I lose weight?

hey
basically i have till september to loose about a stone. (12 lbs) i dont have much money to join a gym, ive been eating healthy stuff everyday like salad, pasta, fruit i drink mostly water for like 2 years and i have barely lost anything.
i really want to do this as im starting college soon and i want to make a new start. i walk everday for about 1/2 hour i walk my dog regulalry and where i work has loads of steps and i climb them at least 10 times a day. and nothing seem to shift the pounds. i am really determined to do this as i am only 5 foot 3 and i weigh roughly 12stone so i am not exactley slim. any one with any good advice on how to loose pounds quickly and fairly cheaply will get rated 5's lol.
please help me

something like fast working?
oh an nothng that involves lots of sugar cuz im cutting down
im not fat fat but im not skinny like ppl say i dont need to loose weight but i still want to to be confident in myself

everytime im in the shower and im like shampooing my hair...chunks of hair come out...its starting to scare me...is this normal..lately ive been throwing up my food tho..could that have anything to do with it?

Ok, I'm 13 (14 next week), 5'1", and 161 pounds. I'm very overweight. Embarrasing, but it's the truth. I need to lose weight. I really want to lose like 50 pounds by Christmas possibly sooner. My mom was going to order the Nutrisystem foods for me but it has been delayed(probably cancelled) cuz we just can't afford spening 300 dollars on something like that right now. Is there anything else out there that can help me?! I don't want diet pills or ebooks but maybe some type of prepackaged food meals that maybe are a little cheaper. Or like a diet plan just for me that doesn't cost much!!!

I went to a friend's house a couple of days ago, and I got bit by some kind of bug, and now I have a bunch of bites around my ankles and lower legs that seems to be turning into a rash. It itches SO bad. What can I put on this rashlike thing to make it stop itching, because Im lacking sleep at night froom this!
