Cant sleep

This question is for my boyfriend. Whenever he tries to go to sleep he cant. He says he stays up all night just tossing and turning. He has tried everything. He takes a warm shower before bed because he said that makes him tired and he will drink a warm glass of milk, he has even tried sleeping pills--they dont seem to work too well. He says that wen hes just laying there everything is racing through his head of what he has to do the next day what he should of done today, how conversations went during the day, basically ANYTHING. I'm all out of ideas for him and so isnt he because he has said this has been happening for a while. Hes not a doctor person and refuses to go. Hes 19. Any one know anything?

i have these weird spots on my boobs and tummy their nto goign away wtf am i suppose to do?!!! im only fucking 13!!! HELP PLEASEEE!!! & i refuse to tel my mom or doctor... PLEASE HELP ME!!

hey lyk 2 weeks ago i got hooked up with this guy and it was my first time. and lyk right after i hooked up with him my throat starting hurting and lyk ever since then its been hurting everyday. sometimes it everyother day. but when it does hurt it only lasts for lyk an hour. and i have no other symptoms lyk i dont have a fever or ANYTHING. its just my throat. and i have heard that rtight after you hook up with someone for the first time your throat could hurt but mines been hurting for the past 2 weeks...what does everyone think that it is?

when i'm going thru pms (the week before my period starts) i break out in pimples really bad. no matter how much i wash my face, they are still there for that one week. but after my pms is over, they go away on their own and i have PERFECTLY clear skin until my next cycle. but when i do break out its really bad, and my dad suggested taking me to the dermatologist, but i was wondering if it's worth going because no matter what medicine i'll use i still think i'll break out during that one week reguardless. what do you think?

ok well i have this friend and she is 5'1 and 75 pounds!! and i mean shes tan and pretty and happy and has tones of friends and doesnt care about it! but i know shes unhealthy and i dont know how to tell her! i mean im 5'1 and im 85 pounds...10 pounds hevier! how do i tell her that her weight might be dangourous!

i just got my period, i was wondering if someone can break down the steps for tampons and give me some good advice like what to do overnight. And also, after your period stops do you wear a pad for the day you expect it back? or what do u do?

If your belly button peircing is infected and bleeding because you messed with it too much as in taking it out and putting it back too much, can you put peroxide on it?! If not what can I put on it?! Thanks

Um, like my period started today and it usually lasts 5 days which means its last day wil be on Tuesday... the first day of school!... so like I was wondering if you all knew anything that could shorten it by like just a day... for example things I could do n such. Thanks

Hey guys im a 15 f. At nite it takes me like 45 mins to fall asleep. i have no clue why but its SO frustrating. Neways.... i was just wonderin if u guys had any tricks to fallin asleep (besides counting sheep) that could help me. Thanks so much!

My friend and I were talking tonight. We started talking about slitting your wrists, and I asked her if she'd ever done it. She was really weary and said "maybe..." and then I said "Have you?" and she's like "I tried it. It hurt." and I'm like "How old were you?" and she said "13...or 14." (She's 15) and then we talked, and she's like "I DON'T WANNA TALK ABOUT IT ANYMORE!" but then she's like "I'm just kidding, I don't.". She's a strong Christian and she's only 15. She wears TONS of bracelts all up her arms. Do you think she was really joking, or just insecure and really does it? I don't want to talk to her about it, incase she gets madder...

i really need help!...for the past few weeks...my skin underneath my eye brows feels really rough!..and so its been peeling off dry skin!...just like dandriff!..and then 2dae...my chin has been starting to do the same...does anyone know whats going on with my skin?!...and please help!!..and please dont tell me 2 go 2 the dr...bcus my mom says NO!

sad about not geting braces

hi. i am very sad and i cannot stop crying because both of my parents refuse to get me braces. i really need them and i hate smiling because my teeth are So crooked, and everyone stares. i would feel so much better if i had them and i would stop crying everyday. i know that writing this isnt gonna help me; hence i feel helpless. Ok i know this isnt the sexiest thing people have to say on here, lol, but im a girl and no matter how much i brush or how many times i use mouth wash my breath smells 10 minutes later, i know its gross. Mints and gum fade away and dont last i want something that will keep my breath fresh, could there be something wrong here?
