Should soft drinks be sold in schools?

What are the pros & what are the cons?

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT

So... It's winter right now, I Live in NY and durning the winter all of my sports end expect for an occasional indoor soccer game. And i gain a lot of weight (not a LOT a LOT) but in the summer im really skinny and toned and durning the winter i just loose it. So , i got invited to a indoor pool party in 3 weeks. What can I do so my stomache and inner thighs are more toned, is this even enough time for anything to change? thanks.

ok im not that fat i weigh 100 pounds and im 5'5
im 15 years old though i do want to shed a couple pounds
wight isnt the issue what im aiming for is a healthier lifesyle
my questions:
what excersice burns more calories

how do you know how many calories you are losing

how can you shed some inches and keep them off

if and when yu drink green tea does it temporarily boost your metabolism or does it just make your metabolism faster than it already is ?

do sit ups reduce inches or do they just build muscles

i have some gronchy cellulite under my ribby cage and above my belly bbutton *that needs to go

i think i might have an eating disorder. but not the kind where u throw up or avoid eating. actually i think i might have i think its called a compulsive overeating disorder. but im not sure and i dont wanna tell anyone about it. all the time every single day i have to eat constantly and when i dont i feel really weird. and im not even hungry i just NEED to eat. and well i also eat really fast. when i eat with my family im the first to finish (dinner in about 5 minutes or less) and then i go find more food to eat, and then keep getting snacks and stuff like that ALL day. i eat breakfat, nutrition, snack, lunch, before getting home, right after i get home, and then dinner, sometimes a second dinner, and then snacks until i go to sleep. and ...

i dont eat any pork, eggs, ham, beef jerky, ribs, steak, hot dogs, or any of that. i do eat fish tho. and usually i have a burger maybe two times a year. i also eat sandwich turkey maybe once every couple months. does it sound like im a vegetarian?

Baggy eyes

ok well I have these bags under my eyes when ever I wake up that stay with me all day. I've had people ask me if I was a stoner its that bad. And I'm not a stoner, never done drugs, anything. Anything I can put over my eyes to stop this? Or any change in diet I can do to help prevent it?

My goal weight is 135-140
My weight now is 161

I swim 2 and 1/2 hours everyday and lift weights everyother day. My diet thing is basically just eating healthier. If i keep eating healthy and eating low fat stuff about how long will it tak eme to reach my goal wieght?

Vomitting on Purpose?

If you feel sick to your stomach because you ate too much and you stick your finger down your throat to induce vomitting is it still considered an eating disorder? I've done this a couple of times, but never on a constant basis, just like...once every two months or so. It only stops my stomach from hurting, I'm not trying to lose weight or anything..is it still bad?

Well, one of my online friends advised me to take the EAT-26 test. I took it and I scored a 45. Even though I'm overweight, my weight sluctuates between 20-25 pounds. But supposedly, if you score about a 20, you should seek some help. Yea..right. Like anyone will believe I have an eating disorder.
And lately, I've just been feeling depressed and deprived of all life. I usually don't feel like this..I just think it's the fact of my weight. But I've even had the thoughts of killing myself lately. I don't know. Everything just seems wrong. Any suggestions on how to feel somewhat better?

i only poop like once a week and it makes me feel fat and bloated and sick and huge all week long. i eat pretty healthy. no junk food, no soda, no fast food, at least one piece of fruit a day, etc. how can i poop more often? what could i be missing from my diet that's making me never poop like ever? what can i do?
