popping

ok, like 2 years ago i sprained my ankle from cheerleading and ever since then it always pop when i walk up the stairs or get finished working out. is that normal? and my wrists pop everytime i bend it back and forth, but i think it's from tumbling, but is that normal too? i was just wondering cause some of my friends have the same problem. thanx!

two nights ago i was walking out of a resturant with my family and i stepped off the curb and the yellow thing in the parking lot that like stops the cars from going or w/e was right there and i didnt know it and i stubbed my toe really hard on it(i didnt hear it pop and it didnt bend) and it hurt like crazy i dont think its broken because there is no discoloration but ive been icing it..what else should i do to make it stop hurting and how can i know for sure its not broken and does anyone know what i might have done to it?

About a month or so ago, i saw this show degrassi. There was a girl named elli and she cut herself. Ever since i saw that one episode my life has been gettin worse and worse. My bf dumped me for another girl. My best friends dont ever want to do anything with me, and the guy that has liked me for 3 years hates me now. and well...i started to cut. It really relieve my pain and helps me get things out. But recently my friend say my arms and legs in gym and shes going to tell a counciler. i mean, i dont want her to!! i know its gotten really far..and its really hard to stop i've tried everythign! i've tried hiding my scissors and puttin a rubber band on my wrist NOTHING works!! Im going to make this shrot I want to get him a cookie that says kiss kiss on it and i dont know if that is a good idea. I just want something that noone really does im not wierd or anything I just dont want the old hear is a box of chocolates happy valentines day i want a haha a cookie. funny. sort of memorable thing. But i still want it to be thoughtful. I was thinking a card, cookie, and a small box of chocolates. Dumb idea?

Okay! I am trying to lose weight.I am about 5'6 and between 128-130 lbs it varys.I am not fat at all, all my friends think Im skinny but I have curves.Like just a lil bit of love handles on my sides. But people tell me its good to have curves so that I am not as skinny as an ironing board.I have always had weight issues in the past but I used to be way smaller.I want to get down to atlest 115-120. How can I do it? I dont eat junk food or even drink alot of soda.I drink maybe 1 soda a week at the most. What are good diet foods. Today I ate a potato at skool, because our lunch has potato bar and I put like a half a spoon of cheese on it. Is that too fattie to eat. Please help me. It makes me sick the way I look, Sometimes I break down and cry...

I was just shoveling yesterday alot and last night when I was sleeping I noticed my back hurt ALOT. Today even when Im typing I cant bend over because it hurts too much. What can I do to stop it from hurting? Please help!

my leg

i was laying on my bed and out of nowhere..my left leg started to have a really sharp pain and i can't walk right now. it's right at the back of my leg right below my knee. what could of happened? i played 10 hrs. of volleyball today - could that be the cause?

Ear piercing

I already have both ears pierced but i'd like to
get the part above the lobe pierced, I think it's called the cartilage, just one ear one time. I'll probably get it done at Claire's or something, but I have a couple of questions first: how much does it hurt (like worse than lobes)? Is it more expensive? If any of you have had it done, your experience would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Okay well im a 16*f.. well okay the other day i went to my sisters house.. well my ex boyfriend tony lives wit her and like well since he's got out of jail he's been tryin to get wit me..and like a month ago he grabbed me off the side walk and yelled at me and called me an ignorant bitch for not goin wit him.. well yesterday i was sleepin and he got on top of my back and kept askin me out i said no..cause first off i dont care for him the same way and i have a boyfriend.. well he pushed me up against the wall and yelled at me and hit me twice in my back really hard and its bruised.. im like half his weight and like half his height i know its not right and i told my bf and he was so upset.. i went to the doctor and i have a bruised spine.. a...

AUTO ACCIDENTS AND LAWSUITS

IN 2002 I was in an auto accident which was not my fault I did have surgery in 2003 and several other treatments done it has been three years and what I would like to know is , is there a time limit on how long before the lawsuit is setteled and can my laywer make the other person come up with a settelment so that it does not have to go to tril.

I scar very easily and as a result, I have a plethora of ugly scars that won't fade away. Is there any way to get rid of them, or at least help get rid of them that isn't a stupid cream that takes two months???

messed up voice

Sorry i didnt know what to put this under;
anyways. i used to have a reallyy good voice.
i would sing in all this all county stuff
and i could sing very high and very well..
but i started to abuse my voice by going to
concerts and yelling.. so i would lose my voice..
and i am just an overall loud person so i always strain my voice from yelling or being loud..
so after all these years of abusing my voice
my voice is now really bad = (
i always sound raspy when i talk and i dont
sound as good as i did when i used to sing..
can this be fixed? should i go to the doctor?
i really want my voice to be back to normal..
my voice has been like this for a year now.

Unexplained pain

I've been a quadriplegic since May 04, 2002. My spinal cord was broken at c-3 and at c-4.I've had no feeling in my limbs until August 2004, When I began to have a tingling sensation in my right foot. Since then, the tingling has become very painul at times. We have elevated my foot and tried massaging and taking pain killers but to no avail. Most recently, my hands and left foot has been giving the same tingling feeling my right foot gave me, just not as painful as my right foot. Now when my wife move my right foot or massage it, I feel the terrible tingling with sharp jolts as if my foot is being electricuted. The unexplained pain is driving me crazy! Can you explain to me, what's going on?

last nite i fell down in a drain and knocked myself unconcious.i did not call my parents in fact i am on my friends computer.as first aid we are using bicycle oil and some fried cockroaches(it a ancient medicne my great grandmother passed down)for some reason i feel funny and dizzy.can u pescribe anything. what is wrong with my remedy.

question about wrist injury

i hurt my wrist playing volleyball about a month ago. my dad told me it was sprained and it would stop hurting in about a week or so. but my wrist has been hurting for a month. i can't do pushups or lift anything without it hurting. what do u think i've done to it? i rate high!

Stretch Marks

OK I asked before about what the things on my legs were, turnrs out yes they are stretch marks. Now, my mom refuses to buy more cream so i cant buy any cocoa butter stuff but I raided my closet and foudn hand cream with cocoa butter... will that work even tho it's for your hands?
