First off I eat healthy(my moms a doctor so I KNOW what healthy is) and exercise and I don't have a thigh gap. My friend on the other hand, all she eats is junk food. She's pretty and thin and could be a model. I thought eating healthy would make you thin??????????? Help

I've always been a health freak. I feel like I need to count every calorie that I take in and then workout everyday and figure out how much I burn. I eat the same low calorie foods over and over and don't get me wrong, I'm not anorexic. (I'm 5'3" 120 lbs) with alot of lean muscle, however I feel as if I'm a little too obsessed with gaining weight-fat in particular. But I can't take it anymore, I feel like I can't go out for drinks with friends becausee of all the calories or I have to be super careful what I order at dinner not to exceed my calorie count but it's driving me crazy using the my calorie counter 24/7 when I should be enjoying myself. I am young. So I wanted is anyone else like this or do I have a problem?

I'm 18 I wouldn't say I'm fat but I'm very curvasious. I'm a size 10 (uk sizes) I love my curves I don't want to lose weight and make my boobs smaller but I'm curious what exercises I could do to tone up my belly and lose the flab, make my upper arms smaller, lose the back fat and get a bigger bum? I want a healthy bikini body for the summer, my main focus is losing the belly flab, how long would it take?

I'm a 15 year old girl with a physical disability that prevents me from losing weight easily, but I'm still trying to lose it. I know that obesity and being overweight causes you to be bigger in places, but my calfs are quite big.. and they're not 'fat' either.. it's muscle!
I just don't know how to get them to be smaller.. I work out at the gym, play racquetball and walk the treadmill.. but nothing. And please don't just respond with; lose weight. I know losing weight will obviously help. That's why I'm trying. Like I said they're MUSCLE they don't 'jiggle' or anything.. I have really strong legs. Just help??

So right now i weigh 75kg and i dont eat healthy foods or do any sports.I want to lose 15kg,and i looked in different sites and everywhere it says a different thing,i was thinking of buying a treadmill,will running on a treadmill help me lose weight,also im willing to stop eating,or just skip one meal if it will help,but i read that it wont,so please help me if you know some routine or something,i really need to lose this weight till august comes

I am a 20 year old female about 120 pounds, I am in healthy/athletic shape because I'm a dancer and I also enjoy running and going to the gym when I have time. So basically, while I'm at college I do at least some type of physical activity everyday and I generally eat healthy. The only time I eat unhealthy is when I'm hungover, and sometimes I eat at night before bed if I'm stressed/bored/need the comfort. But overall I watch my calories and eat healthy. I drink alcohol often because I'm a college student so I generally drink 3-4 nights a week, but I try to stick to light liquors (I know that doesn't really change much).
I have very muscular/skinny arms, legs, and even upper stomach, but on my lower stomach I have ALWAYS had ...
