my best guy friend and i have been friends for 10 years. recently we went kayaking together to a private beach thing. he was being really flirty and being extra nice to me, showing off and was acting all weird. he's never acted like this before. my other best friend thinks he likes me, but I'm not sure. If anyone could has an opinion on this it's definitely appreciated. Thanks

My friend Alex told me he didn't like his girlfriend Katie anymore. I asked why and he said it was 'cause he hadn't seen her all summer. I was like "well that's okay, you guys'll get back together at school." The later he told me he just didn't have feelings for her anymore (still summer). I told him he hadn't seen her and to just wait 'till school before he broke up with her or anything like that. Then later he told me he took his other friend's advice and broke up with her. At first he said Katie took it well, but then later Alex told me she IMed him saying she was gonna kick his ass at school. i hate myself i really do. when i look at myself i just want to end my life. i feel so ugly. and i have no friends. i never had a bf and no one ever liked me before. But that is not why i am crying. i stop caring about my uglyness. i was in my bestfriends house and she was talking to her mother about me. I guess they thought i wouldnt hear it. ok i have this friend. we used to be the CLOSEST BEST FRIENDS EVER! everyone in our school new that we were best friends. we were always together and we hardly ever got in fights. we were in every class together (except 2)
then in 8th grade, we kind of slipped away because we werent in ANY classes together...
so near the end of 8th grade, she started calling me a slut and not calling me or hanging out with me and she just ignored me...
we havent seen each other all summer.
and her mom also hates me...i have no idea why...but her mom doesnt like my friend hanging out w/me...i have no clue why! kuz im nice to her mom, and polite and everything...i just dont get it!!!!
i tried pot once...

my best friend is like fading away from me. she just never calls me anymore. she used to call me every day. now whenever she calls she asks for my sister. i dont know why shes mad at me but i thnk it may be because im not a vegetarian. as stupid as it sounds i think so. any way she is a vegetarian and she believes in it very strongly and i told her that i wasnt a vegetarian any more and she was like "WHAT!" and hasnt really called me and actually talked to me since. and in her profile it used to say my name is Sarah (not real name) but my best friend Anna (me, not real name) calls me spanky. but now it says my name is Sarah but my friends call me Ess. she doesnt talk to me when my sister invites her over. i dont know what happene...

my friends keep trying to set me up with all these different guys all the time... but hello IM TAKEN!! i tell them that everytime but they wont listen to me. They say that it doesn't count because he lives so far away and i never see him. And recently me and my bf are going thru a hard time in our relationship and according to my friends going out with other guys is supposed to make me "feel better?" um ok what's up with that? They aren't even acting like friends, they should be supporting me and telling me everything is guna be ok but instead they are already assuming that we're guna break up. And i hate it when they tell all these guys that im single... IM NOT!!! how do i get thru to them??

oh of my best guy friends likes me, and he has for a while. at first i didnt like him but now im starting to. but im afraid if we go out, then break up,that i'll lose one of my best friends. but im also afraid if i dont tell him i'll regret it. so my question is shold i tell him i like him or not?
plus i dont know if i really like him, or if im just really flattered that he likes me

I got a lot of my friends mad at me for a stupid reason (long story) and now i only have....hm....2 friends.I think. I'm really bored because I have nothing to do. I don't really care that they don't like me but it bothers me that they think I did something really "bad" when I dissagree. This is a stupid question....I need help on what I should do about my "friends" and what I could do in my spare time by myself.

sorry this is so long but please take the time to read it. my best friend...lets call her Alyssa, she has been my best friend for about 2 years. we've had our fights and everything like a normal friendship. right? haha. but the past winter, we didnt hang out at all because her dad started to hate me. so she wasnt allowed to hang out with me. once he found me, my brother, and her walking home from school together and he got so pissed. he was yelling at her so loudly outside, in front of all the neighbors. so we never let him see us hang out together. but hes in the army or something and he leaves home for a long period of time (like a month and a half) and then her mom started hating me for no reason. and so we never were allowed to chill ou...

Me and my best friend kelli used to really like this kid named brian...after we both had our share of asking him out he turned both of us down on the account of wanting to be single....now he barely ever talks to us and we really miss him...we went to friendly's all 3 of us together...and a winter carnival but i miss him a lot and so does she...we used to be a three sum but he kind of left...i love him as a friend and i want to earn him back for the both of us...please help me hes a really good friend...i love him like a brother

well i got into a fight with a friend of mine, something she did really hurt me, but it isnt something so horrible that i want to end the friendship over it, basically this would all be solved with an appology but im not sure how to go about this. its been two days and i havent talked to her since then, so should i need help on what to do, should i wait until she IMs/calls me and appoligizes or should i do something else? 18/m if that matters at all

I am switching high schools and my friends seem to be splitting up, and sometimes i'll find out that they did something without me like go to the movies, and i know i wasn't busy that day and that they never even called to invite me. It seems that we never hang out unless i call and even then they aren't always there. They are my best friends and i love them so much, i never thought that we would ever not be close, but i realize that the longer that we're apart i know the more they will exclude me...what should i do

I know i already talked about this but i dont care. its REALLY BUGGiNG ME. my bestfriend krystal got a new bestfriend heather. and everything about her just kills me. the simplist things. i dont care if im accting immature. i dont want to make new friends. and i dont want to be friends with heather, the one who's stealing krystal away from me. all krystal talks about is heather this and heather that and how GOOD she is. it gets to me, so much. i cry myself to sleep so much. what do i do? i have already told krystal multiple times that i feel left out and ignored.

ok i DO have friends, but i cant make them easily! whenever im in a new situation im always just sitting in the corner by myself, lonely, etc! and that sucks! acuse then it makes the experience NO FUN!! and im like the loudest person ever when you get to know me. how can i over come this? i feel weird if i just go up and say "HI IM ____" (but if worst comes to worst, i do it but im like shaking!!!) so yeah, how can i get rid of this shyness?!

ok here it goes my house smells really bad. I dont know why i think its because of my grandma shes old and she just moved in with us. Theres a really bad smell coming from her and now the whole house smells! I dont want my friends over because it smells! should i still let them over and how can i stop the smell?

I have a lot of friends but there's one problem with a lot of them: they think I'm gay. I used to not know why they thought that, but once I looked at what I like and stuff, I would probably think I was gay, too. Even with people I just meet, they ask, "Are you gay?" and I say no but sometimes they don't believe me. Let's say my name is Mike. Well one of my friends calls me Queer Mike. Everyone knows that he's just having fun but it hurts a lot. I told him that I'm not gay but he didn't stop calling me that. Everyone thinks I'm gay but I'm not! What should I do?
