I hate christianity

I am so tired of christian churches, radio stations talking about things, like they are sucking up to God. Churches are just a business, they brainwash people until people give them money. They lie about our creator, and our afterlife to scare us into being "proper". Has anyone else experienced this?

not to discriminate anyones beliefs but howcome like when like i find people who don't believe in God i feel like...a hypocrite cause like i'm not a true practicing catholic but i still pray everyday...is this normal i wish this could stop because i noe everyone is different and has different beliefs please help!

my neighbor that is jewish says that if you drop a torah in a "sanctuary" like a temple you have to fast for 120 days! you have like a 99.9 % chance of dying though! is this true?

I need help about religion. I currently attend a unitarion Universalist church and I am taking the class and all that. Oh yeah and im 13/f. I really do not know what I beleive in. I guess you could call me agnostic, but I do believe that there is a higher power out there. I just dont know what. The thing is, no offense to anybody, I just dont believe that God sends people to hl for sinning and stuff. I really dont know about christianiy all that much, but Im from the south where alot of people are really mean but they think they are such good chrisians because they read the bible. My question is is this normal? I just dont know what to believe and its anoying becuase some people are like "Why dont you believe in god?!" and its really embarrising.

adam and eve - populated the earth?

Please dont be offended by this, it's something i have been wondering about, it sounds discusting (and it is) but i think it must have happend.
Did God only create Adam and Eve or did he make other humans too?
I ask, because if it was only up to them to populate the earth hen surely incest must have taken place :-s
Adam and eve could have lots of children but then when they died there would have just been brothers and sisters left so that means that they wuld have had to make babies with eachother to make more people.
Is that what happend? i know it wasnt illegal back then but it's just so icky.
i know its a wierd question to ask but no one else ever talks about how people were made.

What is the meaning of life for you? I really don't like living but feel guilty for being middle class and not liking anything. Am I taking things for granted? My relationships with people kinda sucks. The future is bleak. It's complicated and nothing matters anymore.

How did Judas betray Jesus? There is a band called Judas Priest. Does that pertain to the story and so they are satanic-ish because Judas was a traitor? Or was he? I don't know.

Were Adam and Eve the first people on Earth? If so what about the cavemen? I thought they appeared first? I am confused. I mean, are the cavemen really the "people" in Darwin's theory of evolution? And so not supported by the bible...umm..

I am 14 years old and have attended religious classes most o fmy life. I am a very religious person inside, if u knew me you may not guess that unless you were truly my friend. I am always the kind of person that gets caught when a big group of people get into trouble; i have just come to the conclusion that is my luck. 2 weeks ago my class was passing around a note as a joke. the note used some voulgar language, and i will admit i wrote the "F" word as a joke to my good friend Cailey because we joke around like that. The note got left in the class and now the DRE religous director Mrs toto found the note. She is super mean! and never gives anyone a chance to explain their case. My Junior Prom is coming up in June. And I really want to look nice. So I want to know if any of you know any stores or websites that sales nice dresses. Even pictures of specific dresses would be nice. But I want to make sure it is a dress instead of a gawn. My price range is anywhere from $40-$60.

There is a guy I really like (who also has the slight potential of liking me back). He's very funny and actually very polite and nice. However, he doesn't seem to be a very devout Christian, because he cusses. Even though I cuss sometimes, I feel like he may have a bad influence on me in that way, and I know from Bible study that I'm supposed to surround myself with people who share my beliefs and are going to be a good influence. But there seems to be something wrong with that, because if I cuss now and then, I may be a kind of bad influence on others too, and they wouldn't want to be around ME either. I guess what I'm trying to ask is...would it be okay to continue to flirt with this guy and (if it works out right) date him? Sorry, this w...

Ok. I'm a Christian, but I do not know the Bible cover to cover like some people do. I have 3 friends, who I love dearly, but they are just totally lost and I really want to save them but I have no clue as of how to do that. Like.. Ok.. here's their stories.
Billy 16-years-old: He's a terrible alcoholic who parties all the time and sometimes gets high but he is surely damned to hell because he has committed sexual immortality several times. My boyfriend is getting "confermation"(sorry about spelling guys!!) and i am invited to his party.. I was wonderin, hes realy religous, well not a freak about it but he truely beleives in god. anyways, would it be stupid to give him a congrads card with will 10-20 bucks in it?
