Hey guys. Okay recently I have been having trouble getting to sleep at night. its driving me crazy, as usually I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. The more I cant sleep the more frustrated I get. its like my mind wont shut off. Likw today I fell asleep on the couch at 10pm woke close to 11 and was really tired. So naturally I thought yes I can sleep but once I got to bed widw awake! its now 3am and here I am. Whenever Im close to sleep its like i think great now dont dp aanything to disrupt this..and then im awake again. Its frustrating because Im sleeping until the afternoon then. I just got back from travelling about two weeks ago so I dunnp if that has anything to do with it. Anyone any advice??or been through it before. I ...

When I was 13 I had cut my wrist,with my boyfriend's name (well ex now) cause he hurt me badly,he told me he loved me and my best friend and he choose her,so on.. so I cut my wrist,then he did it again,and the mark had gone so I went over it,then about 4-3 months ago he did the same so I did the same but on my arm a heart with his first letter of his name inside the heart,yes I know cutting myself was silly,I have noticed that now,but there is a red mark of he scar of the heart there now,the first scar has gone but my arm has a heart there when my temperature is high,how would I be able to get rid of the heart? Please help x

Since these last few months I've been eating so much! I have a kebab and chinese and like 2 mcdonalds a week! I can't be pregnant because I haven't been doing sexual things with anyone,I take a big bar of chocolate,sausage roll,chrips,2drinks and jelly to school and I still have dinner,I didn't eat that much before:-/!,what would be wrong with me? None of my friends eat like me:-/! But I don't put the weight on,but when I run I can't run for long anymore,last year I could run 800m in 4minutes but this year it takes me 7minutes,please help?

I'm 15 years old and a female. I am 5'7 and I weigh 145ish Ilbs but I didn't think I was fat. I work out often, almost every day for at least an hour and sometimes 2 hours. I play both hockey and soccer, but mostly soccer. On days i dont have soccer I'll normally run 5 miles. I don't eat the healthiest. But for breakfast I do eat a nutritious smoothie. Am I considered fat? If so, how do I lose weight?

Braces and gums

So i have had braces for almost 2 years now and my gums are very swollen. In between some teeth the gum has "dropped" down very far. I have seen people for it but they haven't really done anything and say that the gums over grow or something some times..
Anyways, last night I drank a lot of pop, I know i'm not suppose to but oh well it already happened. but I woke up this morning and tons of plaque was on my front 6 bottom teeth, I did brush last night. I barely ever floss.. but this morning in between my front 2 teeth on the bottom.. my gum has come up about halfway of my teeth.. like something is stuck there.. well I flossed all of my teeth as soon I saw this hoping they will be okay and hoping this gum tissue wil...

Feeling tired and tightness in my throat

Hi everyone, im a 21 year old year old female who is suffering from symptoms that are really bothering me.. It started about a month ago where out of no where i felt like i couldnt breathe properly and it just got worse since then.. My symptoms are: tightness in neck and throat, fast heart beats even when lying down in bed, breathing difficulties, sweaty palms, sore throat when i breathe in, sometimes i get chest pains, tired most of the time, stomach pain, nausea, diarhhea, panic, loss of appetite, feeling sad/ scared.. I've been to the doctor and had an ecg done it came out fine, checked out my stomach and the doctor said the pain could be from not eating right.. My mom suffered from anxiety, so i dont know if i could be suffering from th...

Are the "Bath Salts" that the man snorted in Miami an actual type of a drug all its own (and calling them "Bath Salts" is just a street name)... or did this man just grab actual bath salts (the substance you pour in a bath to make the water and your skin softer) and snort them?

hi im a 16 year old girl and i always get pieces of skin that stick out often beside my nails or under them and my cuticles are really really bad. do you have any tips to make your nails and all that more healthy without paying a lot of money and i dont have enough money to go to the nail salon!

Corners of mouth

I'm 16 male,
I got my braces about a year ago and when they put them on when they stretched my mouth they hurt the corners of my mouth because they got too dry. Now I have always had problems with the corners of my mouth being to dry or something but ever since I got my braces it has been terrible.
About every couple of months they get dry and i just put some chapstick on and then they go back to being normal. The last couple of days my corners of my mouth have been dry and cracked feeling and no matter what i put on so far nothing helps...
What is the reason nothing is helping? What is this called?
I have gone to the doctor once and I don't feel like spending more money for them...
