Dad's side & my bf

I've never gotten along with my dad's side of the family. We see each other once a month and they always ask the same dumb questions. "How is school?" they ask and I say fine. "Do you have a boyfriend?" they enquire and I say no. Then they ponder ALOUD why not. Well, Today we went over there and I was nervous because this time I actually have a boyfriend. I was tempted to lie and just sit through hearing all my attractive qualities again. But instead of asked if I had one, they asked "Who's your boyfriend?" I was so mad that they just assumed that I had one! (Nobody had told them I did.) They just assumed I did and out of the blue wanted to hear all about him! Well I hate that side of my family and I NEVER want...

Addiction

Ok, my brother recently got over a drug addiction and I asked some friends how I could pull through living with it. I don't know what one of my friends went around telling people but now random people that I don't even know, come up to me and say "Are you going to be a drug addict like your brother?" I know I should ignore it but lately its been getting out of hand. I get mail telling me where hit ups are and I don't do drugs. I talked to my friends about it and they all deny it. But whenever these people shoot remarks at me, I feel like breaking down right there. But I hold it in because they want to see me that way. What should I do about this issue?

St. Patrick's Day

On St. Patrick's Day it is my birthday. My family was planning to go to New York (I live in the Tri-state area so it's pretty close) to see the St. Patrick's Day parade (my brother is marching in it). The only problem is in my science class we will be disecting a heart. Even though it's kinda gross I really wanted to be there for it. So now I have to chose to either go to a parade tomorrow or on my birthday. What should I do? I honestly have no idea.

21/f Here's the situation my fiancee's aunt (married in) is so annoying I just want to pop her in the mouth. She makes these assumptions about me and then gossips about me. Many people including my fiancee has told me that she thinks i am too "sassy". The problem is no one asked her opinion! I am tired of her lecturing me about things that she thinks are going on but they aren't. example: My fiancee and I disagree like all people do on some things. She says why are yall fighting about things that don't matter! WHAT FIGHT? And she takes people's opinions especially hers for truth.She has good sides but this overshadows the good in her. How do I get past this without knocking her out?!?

Im 17f and ive never had a boyfriend. It used to bug me, but i dont have a problem with it anymore. Not to sound conceited, but i could easily get a boyfriend if i wanted one. But right now Im not really looking for one. Plus, i have high standards. Well my family constantly makes fun of me because ive never had a boyfriend. And my sister (14, who is the hugest slut and will have sex with anyone who says hi to her) always calls me a lesbian. Then my dad and her will laugh and make jokes back and forth about it. Addict son

I have a 36 year old son who is married with one child. For about a year he has slowly sunk into the depths. His wife has kicked him out of the house. He now lives in his truck. She tells me he is drinking heavily and smoking crack/crank. He refuses to get help. My question is: Do you think I should report him to the police before he harms himself or an innocent person driving around like this. Thanks, Christy

it sems that latley i have beenleft put of like everything thjat goes on in my family. i feel like m parents tell my brother eerything butmt they think i iwll get o like scared i they tell me (btw i am 13) i wish they would tell me things. Also it seems like the love my brother more than me and it really hurts they always let him get his way and the act like the world rovovlvles around him (btw he is 15 gonna be 16 on tuesday) i ont know what i sould do. everytime i try to tell my mom how i feel i feel really weird talking to her and i chicken out. please hep

Counciling

My parents are making me go back to counciling again! UGH! NO. I went before and the counciler was USELESS and i'm going back to the same one. I hate going, councilers are POINTLESS especially when you don't want help and I honestly think there is nothing she can do. My parents are making me go because I fight with them too much and I'm not as perfect as my brother and they hate that and me. Yeah, well, now i have to go back and I have to miss social studies every Thursday. People WILL catch on. Theyll ask me where ive been, like before when i used to go, and I don't kno what to tell them! i cant say i had a dr's appintmet, EVERY THURSDAY. Psychotic stepmother - do we go to the cops?

Sorry this is long.
My stepmother is really scaring me. She really has psychological problems. It started with little things like her moving my stuff, or ripping it up, or being jealous over my mother and father who were still friends at the time. She started coming with my father in the car every time he picked me up because she was so untrusting and thought he'd go off with my mother in that 20 minute time. I don't see them any more because of completely unrelated issues, but we started getting odd stuff through the post about a year or two ago (around when all this odd stuff started happening). Stuff like magazines writing to us saying a friend had referred us and stuff. It got worse; with items actually being ordered and sent to ...

i think my brother smokes with his friends cuz when he gets home he smmells like cigarettes but im not sure if its him i know for sure his friends smoke but im not sure if he does i dont want to tell my parents because my parents will just tell him that i think he smokes my parents warn him alot but i dunno if smokes or not what should i do

Grandpa

Hello everyone i have a grandpa ( sorta ) well he doesnt talk to me ever i try calling him to see if he would like help around his house and garden and stuff but he says no ill ask katie to do that. On Forth of July last year i was trying to help clean up and then mii cousin ran in and spilled water all over the gradage on top of me so when she was sitting in there i did it to her and i got "grounded" to my grandpas basement by my grandpa. He has Ryan, Me , Jon , Katie , and Jessica as his grand children but he is always bragging about Ryan mii older brother and my 2 cousins Katie and Jessica its like he doesnt even notice me and my little brother. Here's the deal. I am 21/f. My mother and father are divorced. My father has a son (with another woman) and he has my little brother(with my mom) my whole brother stays with my mom. Every since they split 10 years ago my father has not been doing much of anything for my brother. He only gives him something on christmas and his birthday. He hardly ever sees him and I am furious. I feel he should pay child support to my mother for my whole brother. My momma is having to carry all the weight that he should be sharing. My half brother gets to see daddy all the time. I'm 19/f. I dont know how to solve this problem between me and my mom. Were constanly rowing and i dont know how to make them stop. The rows are about everything home my job money the lot. Its really getting me down and i'm getting really really depressed i've tried talking to her but it just ends in a row. Help.

You see Corey is like the most popularest and sexiest guy at my school. Yesterday on the bus we were playing truth or dare. At first I didnt let him kiss me because that was the dare to kiss me. But in the end he tricked me and he did it. I was also feelin on him and all that other stuff. But anyway I was also talking to him on the phone and he was calling me baby and saying he wants to go with me and all that crazy non-sence. Today every body is going around saying he want to go with my best friend and I already know this because he told me. I havent talked to him all day because I don't know what to say because I like him. Oh and my friend the one Corey wants to go with she has a boyfriend already. How should I feel (family)

My mom broke up with my dad 9 years ago, and has been living with my stepdad since. I was on her computer, and found that she has been flirting with a guy from Texas (thousands of miles away), and they are planning on meeting in Seattle this weekend.
She hasn't told anyone about it, like me, my stepdad, ect. She said she was going to Seattle for a "craft get-together".
Should I be really upset, storm out, and demand to live with my dad? Or be happy for her that she is happy...and having an affair. I guess I'm still in shock.
I'm a 16 year old girl, and I'm not sure how to react. It was probably wrong to look on her computer, but I just had a hunch.
