i need to know how to tone up my body, manly just the tops of my legs and my stomache, but the thing is i only have 2.5 weeks! please help me and tell me wht i can do, with only that amount of time! ill rate high!! thnx! let me know ASAP!!

What are some ways of getting rid of just a lil fat and like getting toned? Like just dieting tips and workouts n such. My problem areas are my thighs (inner mostly) and stomach. Thanks

ok im 13 and schools about to start, im 4ft11in and 80 pounds, nd evrone tells me that thats fine for my hight, but i wanna loose some wieght before school start im pretty skinny but the top of my legs and my stomache have some excess fat, that i want to get rid of, schools about 2.5 weeks away! please help me and tell me any excersices or diets tht u would suggest to loose weight in the areas i mentioned! i want to look good for schhol! please help me asap! i will rate high! thnx!

hey well...im skinny im 14 and i weigh 85 pounds..and its so wierd...lyk my stomach its skinny but then lyk right undermy belly button i have this lyk little "pooch" thing.it s not lyk that big where people would think im fat but sitll it wierd...what is it? and no, its not something lyk medically wrong with me...its just the way my stomach is. but lyk i dunno its so wierd cuz im real skinny and then theres lyk this little pooch thing under my belly button..does anyone else whos skinny have this..?

my friend told me when you start to get abs you start to get a little 'box' or soemthing by ur belly button like a little pudge or something... can u tell me sum signs that running, sit ups, push ups, crunchies, lifting weights actually works!~

hey im skinny...but like my thighs and stomach and upper arms are flabby!! i wanna get fit and tonned for skool which starts sept 8th...lately ive been jumping on my trampoline ALOT!! will that help?? where will it make me fit..will it help my stomach and stuff..just a big trampoline..

Okay, I have only had my period twice now, well 2 weeks of it. I don`t think that made since, but ok. I`m only use pad because i`m scared to use a tampon. Do they hurt? How does it feel when you stick it in. lol sorry that sounded sooo wrong. =/

ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?

MY ankles are sorta big and have muscle around them i guess cause they can be skinnier...and then it just keeps getting bigger and then my calves are HUGE..and i hate it, any advice? lol all i want is a thinner lower leg i guess.

okay i'm 14 years old and occasionally i get these little pimples on my forehead and sometimes on my nose and around my mouth. i don't have acne or anything and to be honest i have pretty good skin but i'm trying to keep my skin really clear. i've used proactive and that didn't work at all it just made it worse! i ordered it twice i used it for 2 months and nothing worked on my skin! when i get a big pimple it's BIG like i swear it looked like i had a miniature tumor growing somewhere... okay maybe not THAT big but they get big and they bother me. does anyone have any products that i could use that aren't that expensive that would help clear up my skin a little bit more? except for proactive because i used that already and it didn't work (a...

i dont think im fat. i weigh 100lbz and im 5'1 1/2 .. but i have a some fat at the bottom of my belly. just enough to prevent my stomach from being flat .. does anyone kno a fast way i could get rid of this? thanks
