Hello. Look i've went to the jym like 5 months ago.but i stopped going because i got bored of going everyday. And my question is-If u work out,and then stop;would u like gain fat,or some pounds. I sometimes go for a 15-20 min. walk outside.But that's pretty much it. Thanks for the help.

Ok well, im skinny. But my arms have like a flab where my muscle should be. You know the part under your shoulder. Well I was just wondering how I could get that to go away? Cause it really bothers me like when i move it jiggles (gross I know!). Also when I put my arms down to my side it like flattens out and makes my arm look big and fat. So i was just wondering how I could get that to go away!! Thanks to the people who arn't jerks about it. I'll rate.

ok im skinny but i have big and flabby thighs. Does anyone know any GOOD excersise to make your thighs smaller and less flabby?

ok well im not fat or anything but i want my stomach flat by when school starts and so i need to lose 5 pounds..does anyone have any good suggestions.. oh and i do workout .. i run 2 miles 4 times a week and do some weight stuff but i need help with what to eat annd when to eat

ok i think im fat because i hav a BIG gut like the bottom of my stomach sticks out....i HATE it and the other night i was crying because i thought i was fat and ugly i want to look skinny it doesnt matter if my stomach sticks out just a little bit but i wwant my gut gone. O ya i hav diabetes so its a little harder for me to lose weight. PLease help i rate!

1.I am on a diet and my mom bought me these chewy wholesome granola bars. I dont know if alot of people eat them...but are bad for you?
2.How many calories and carbs should i have a day for sufficent weight loss?

Hi, I'm 13/f and i weigh 136.5 lbs. I kno im overweight and i need 2 kno what i can do 2 help me loose weight. I cant really run a far distance without my knee or mi ankle starting 2 hurt.. So, is there any way I can loose weight without running??? Pleeze help!

Ok, now get this. I'm a 14 year old male, turning 15 in October, I'm 6' 2", and I weigh 130. I'm not skinny, as most people think when I say that. I do have a 30-31 inch waist, but I also have a large six pack, large chest (100+ lb. bench press, free weight, 180-190 machine), good biceps (35 lb. one-arm curl, 75 lb. two-arm), my forearm is larger than my elbow joint sideways, and my shoulders and neck are worked pretty well (40 pushups are nice and easy). I don't have any stats for my legs right now but I have really large upper legs and calves about the same size. I play baseball and I can run a 4:40 MILE easy (to give you an idea of my legs). But I want some more weight. I have all the size I need but I'm gonna start working w...
