Trouble With Meeting People

I'm 20/f. I have social anxiety, so whenever I meet new people my voice shakes and I feel so nervous. This is embarrassing because I want to appear like a strong, confident person but instead I feel like I'm timid or weak. I always worry about what people's first impressions of me are. How can I be more relaxed when meeting new people?

Parents disagree w/ my decision, but I need their support

I'm a twenty year old former college student. As a freshman, I became friends with a couple girls in my dorm who were dealing Adderall and Ritalin to people using them as study aids. I allowed myself to get talked into helping them deal. Long story short, we eventually got caught, expelled, and are now facing criminal charges.
The prosecution is offering a plea deal. In exchange for a guilty plea, I'll only have to do a year in jail. I plan to accept the deal. It's definitely a lighter sentence than what I'll be facing if I try and fight the charges and lose.
My parents don't want me to plead out. They want me to fight the charges, despite knowing I'm guilty. But as I said, I don't want to risk being in jail f...

My grandma blamed me for ruining her relationship with my mom

In our country, families are very close knit and live in the same house. I wasn’t expecting to get scolded by my grandma for telling my mom that she let my cousin(who has stolen a lot of money and stuff from us and ran away multiple times) sleep in our living room while she was guarding me for the night while my mom was away from town. I just agreed with her, because I don’t have much of a choice either and my cousin might have been swarmed by mosquitoes in his bedroom. Strained Relationship with In-Laws

My in-laws and I don't have a very good relationship. When I first got married, I was working full-time and my husband's parents were very kind and appreciative of me. However, a few months later I got pregnant with our first child. My husband and I discussed it and we agreed that I would be a stay-at-home mom. I stopped working, but then just two months after having my baby my mom-in-law started asking when am I going back to work? I was surprised that she was asking me this so soon, but I just blew it off. But then my husband's father started asking the same question, and then his sister got involved. My brother (52) still lives at home with my mother. (79) Obviously he has mental issues, but, yes has been able to hold down a job, (for over 30 years until the company closed down) drive, (he has a CDL) as well as many other things. He cant, however, do laundry, change a lightbulb, or even pick his mother up from the hospital when she was discharged...the reason? "He's too nervous" my mother says. I'm think I disconnected with my family with friends ex-significant others

The most basic issue that I can put the bring it to is all I wanted to do today was not talk to anybody I copped to every day I shut my phone off I held out for almost 13 Hours and then I turned it back on I haven't talked to anybody yet but I keep wanting to I need to space myself out from everybody I think because my everything in my life is messed up and getting worse by the day and I don't know where to start anymore. Still Depressed

I tend to get depressed, but I don't really know why. My therapist said it has to do with the fact that my dad was an alcoholic growing up. My childhood felt very unstable and there was a lot of arguing in my house. My dad finally got help a few years ago and he stopped drinking, so we have a better relationship now. I also moved out, so I thought having my own place would give me peace and calmness. However, I still feel this sadness hanging over me, especially when I'm in my apartment alone. Here is the backstory.
I moved to another city because of university and met a girl (who is in the same group as me). We became friends (?) really fast, which is weird because I'm shy and it usually takes me months to find a connection with others. And even faster I realize what I may have feelings for her (I was missing her when she was not around, I always tried to be as close to her as I could, and ALWAYS was distracted by her presence). It all was affecting my education, so I decided to tell her the truth (after 2 weeks of meeting her btw). Hi all, I am a 24 year old female and dating my boyfriend for a little over a year, and we live together. Lately I have been having serious jealousy issues. Hi Im a teenager from the Philippines and I've liked a boy since we were in elementary school. We've never really talked that much in real life but we used to talk all the time through social media about random things. We both went to different high schools and still talked after that, but one day he started to just see my messages and not reply to them until an hour later. I’m a brand new freshman in Hs and corona has stopped us from being in person. So we are on zoom all day. In my art class there’s a Junior. His name is Prince and he’s extremely cute. But I can’t talk to him because I have no idea how to look him up on social media or chat with him while on zoom without everyone seeing my business. Hi. I'm using Wix web builder to make a non-profit website called helpmycity.org where people can go to be connected to organizations and people with ideas, services, projects that will help their city.
Question: I simply wish to link pages with a dropdown menu that contains all 50 States. The idea is that when someone selects a State, that State is linked to its own separate page.
From that individual "State" page, people can look at projects and offerings.
I have already created the States dropdown that lists all 50 States.

How do I stop going after emotionally unavailable men? They're huge babies, have commitment issues, cowards, do not know how to be themselves or hold a conversation.
I have a terrible habit and I keep hurting myself. Also, I attract creeps- why is that? I attract guys who I am never interested in.

Ocular Laser Damage

I went to a large gathering and someone was there shining a laser and some kind of equipment throughout the crowd. The laser hit me and caused me to temporary lose awareness and part of my vision was damaged. It took a while for me to realize that I was experiencing discomfort and whenever I saw flashing Iights it use to trigger a PSTD attack. The permanent part of it was that when light reflects off of surfaces it hits the sensitive spot in my eyes and puts me in a semi-aware state, like a coma and I mostly can’t do anything when that happened. The best solution that I have right now is wearing sunglasses but it’s really annoying and uncomfortable to wear those all the time and everywhere. Most of the work that I have been doing requir...

Allergy To Covid Mask Material.

I always wear a mask and gloves no matter the situation when it comes to Covid-19. The problem I am having is that my face absolutely burns the second I put it on. I thought it may have been cotton in the ones people have made for me but the issue appears to be there even with the surgical type of mask that you can buy that looks like what they have in emergency rooms but isn't the same grade.
Does anyone know what I can try? Thus far I suck it up and keep the thing on suffering silently. My face incidentally isn't the only issue. It's been this way for the duration of Covid-19 that my eyes water and get sore and burning itch too to the point I have to find a place to sit down and take glasses off at times.
