picture effects

how do you make the picture effect where the whole picture is in black and white and a 1 or 2 things are in color
???
ps i have photoshop if that helps

Photobucket photos?

Whenever someone posts a photobucket photo.. it doesn't show.
Sometimes it does but it doesn't work when
they copy the little code on photobucket... it's the right code but for my computer.. the picture just doesn't show.
And when I view source.. it's just a link to photobucket without the image.
What's wrong with my internet?

Is there a way to go into chatrooms on iChat? Because on Windows AIM there is just a button for it, but i have no idea about iChat,

Livejournal private posts.

Has livejournal.com ever had problems with its "private" entries? Like... has it ever had technical difficulties which resulted into them being shown public?
I have some really, really personal entries that I wish to put on private but I'm a little hesitant on doing so because I don't want to take a chance in them being revealed. I don't want to have to create another journal, I wish to just simply have one journal that contains public posts as well as a few private posts.

I need to know how to make the part of your myspace where your default picture, age, online now icon, last login, etc. go away. Not just each individual thing, but the whole thing altogether. Can anyone give me a code or a site that can give me the code? Thanks.

Hey everyone! I have never had a photoshop/paintshop thing on my computer i just have kodak easy share thats fun but id like more stuff. Could you guys tell me a good photoshop to download off the internet that actually works and has a lot of things to do to the pictures! Thankyou<3

I just got a MySpace, and I currently have 4 friends, and none of them show up on my profile. I have everything else [that shows up], but my friends' list won't. Any idea what happened or how to fix it? Thanks so much!
