Ratings Not That Big Of A Deal

I have something to say to all advicenators.
Ratings are nice and they help to know what other people think of the advice we give but their not THAT big of a deal.
I'm really tired of seeing everyone asking advicenators to "Rate" them. No I'm not trying to be rude but it seems like that is all everyone thinks about.
The more you give advice the more ratings you get. 80% 90% time people don't rate but as time goes on we all will get ratings.

Asking for a raise

I have been with my job for almost a year now. It is a small company, so I don't think there are any annual reviews. What would be the best way to go about asking for a raise?

I have a feeling that a firl from my school (younger then me and I'm 13) is kinda following me sometimes and sometimes even looks at me kinda weird - with a love glance... What should I do to check if she likes me without looking dumb after doing something which would prove she doesn't?

My ex boyfriend had brought a computer for me when we were living together 2 years ago and i had moved out and then he had gotten another place and we are still friends but his computer had to go to the shop and he gave me the information needed to check on where the computer was because when i kept on calling it was at one place then shipped to another and finally back where it belonged. so i went to go pick it up and the company let me because him and i had brought the computer in together and the woman said he does not care what information was put down because i knew the problems with the computer because he does not know it as i do he was never on it only me and my daughter. so now he is saying that i stole in which i doid not and i he...

Troubled Times...

Ok, so, my ex BF and I like each other. But there are some problems if we were to be together...we hardly would see each other...like once or twice a week...and we are forbidin to see each other...because of some stuff that happend in the past. Ok so lets say we are going out...there is another problem, i think he likes his other Ex GF still. Everynight he tells her he loves and and good~night. And he hardly ever says that to me. And he see's her everyday because they go to the same school. His Ex and I are friends, and we are thinking he's playing the both of us...but I REALLY like him, although he has hurt my feelings a bit. And she will be moving this June. What should I do? Tell me ASAP!

Handling parents affairs

I placed my parents in a highly recommended nursing home in Ohio. The care they got was excellent. The billing and financial affairs were not. Over the course of their stay (they are both now dead) the nursing home forged my fathers signature on his social security funds removing them from his bank account and depositing them in the home. Questions about the billing never made sense and all inquiries went unanswered. After mother died they sent me a bill for almost $22,000 with no detail and then went into court in Ohio (I live in Colorado) and got a judgement against me for same. When my father died, they sent me a form asking my permission to be administrator of dads estate which I refused. They did it anyway. Then sent me a demand for $4...

Evil concert. Makes me all tense.

I play the double bass (it's like the cello, but bigger and better.) We have a strings concert coming up on the 24th, but I'm having trouble on some of the really fast songs. It's not that difficult, but I have to move around alot between 1st and 3rd positions, and sometimes my fingers tense up if I play for too long. What can I do to make myself concentrate while playing my music, but also not make my fingers tense up?

i havnt seen my boyfriend in two monthes. he just ask me out about 3 weeks ago. im planning on seeing him this weekend. i'm not excatly sure how he is though. like, what kind of girl he likes, i met him at a birthday party. he likes being chased around and stuff so thats a good way to flirt. but i dont know weather to wear like, a lowcut shirt or look all goody 2 shoes. im not asking him cuz that might be a wierd question. i got the pants picked out. they are a navy green color so grass stains wont look as bad. and he hasnt had his first kiss yet. i want that to be me but i dont wanna like just kiss him cuz it might be important to him who his first kiss is and all that stuff. i dont really know what the main question of this is but whateve...

i was just sitting at the computer and i had my webcam on and i didnt notice it but with how i was sitting u could see down my shirt and when my mom told me she told me to turn the webcam off. i did. then i fixed my positioning and check to make sure no one could see anything then i turned it back on and she took it!!!! how can i get it back without sneaking it back then getting caught and getting into even bigger trouble???

I had a great friendship with a girl, but I made the mistake of asking her to open up to me about my past and feelings. My logic was since she's so afraid that my opinion of her would be lowered if I knew about her past, then she would come to some relief in knowing that my opinion of her would never be changed by something she did years ago. Apathy?

I like putting people in mildly uncomfortable situations to see how they react- like they're all a science experiment to me. I can't seem to get close to anyone outside my immediate group of friends.
Is this because i've had issues of abandonment in the past? (mother committing suicide when i was 3 and dad taking off, am living with aunt and uncle now).
or perhaps is it because i'm surrounded by idiots in my school?
i don't put anyone in immediate danger or anything, i just get people frustrated by denying them things. is it wrong/bad?

Well I have this friend at my new school and she would always say hi and talk to me in the halls but now she hangs out with these 2 girls that are mostly popular, because she had a fight with her other friend [which she is my friend, too] ,and now she never really talks to me the way she used to. Plus she really never notices me it makes me feel really left out. why doesn't she talk to much anymore?
