ok so i invited one of my good friend to go sumwhere with me. and i guess my other friend heard about it. so now she is mad, and wont get over it. What do i do?

Well you should try to talk to her about it... strategize..

ask her why she's mad...

maybe she's feeling left out or jealous (friends easily get jealous) just talk it out.. make some plans for her and maybe try to fit her in your schedule more..

I have a dog to.. it has bad hips.. it probably wont live for a lot longer max. 2 years..
but what i do is try to help him out give him a lot of snacks and play with him... so he knows he's still wanted

My sister is a little DEVIL... I'm 12 my mom says im old enough to babysit her when they go out... but i dont want to. My mom is really kind to me and i'd hate to let her down :( but my sister is just evil.. what should i do?

My sister is just like that too! I sometimes watch her and I dont like to let my parents down either. What I do is try to ignore her or agree with her on things.. or maybe just watch her TV station during the night...
wHat is your sisters favorite thing to do??

maybe you could coax her to be good if you likd bribe her with something say "if you be good i'll take you rollerblading tommorow" or some thing like that...

If you have strong feelings about this new friend you should probabaly follow your feelings.
If your old friends don't like the "new friend"
try talking to them.. asking them questions about her/him. I mean think about it... if these girls were close to you they must have a good reason or maybe they're just trying to help/protect you.
... just talk to them...
