Alright. So cheerleading tryouts are in a few days and I'm interested. There is a clinic tomorrow where I can learn the stuff to try out with. I haven't done cheerleading for 6 years. My question is; what can I do about nerves on the day of tryouts and how do I boost my confidence to feel like I'll make it? I really would like to make it. Thanks! (link)
Well cheering is funn. I do cheering to help me relax is just to think that i am the best that know one here in this room is better then. Like say u only had a handstand but someother girl had a full just thing to your self that i am the shit my handstand is the best ever. Just relax and say to your self i am the best.

Well I had that same problem. If your in your fist year of gettin it then it is ok to be late or early but if it is after your might need to go to a doctor and get the pill to help you be on time.

Ummm. Well it is great to use a condom but alone there 85 - 90% safe. If you can use the pill and a condom at the same time.


our hosue is like a bee attractor, we checked for nests but there are jsut so many flowers in my garden and all around we keep getting bees evryhwere! even inside! what can we spray to prevent them from attacking?

Well you can get Wasp/Bee/Hornet Freeze. Use this Outside only around the perimeter of the home and in the yard. Do not use inside as it will stain finely finished walls. Hope I helped and just for one can it is like $8.00 but it workz really good.




I've been a competative cheerleader for 4 years, I cheer on my schools squad currently. I used to throw a handspring layout as my running, and a standing three handspring tuck as my standing tumbling. All the sudden, I freak out at tumbling class, and I've never tumbled since. (It's been about 2 years) People make fun of me cause I'm the only one on the squad who doesn't tumble, I won't even throw a handspring, I just can't make myself do it. Tumbling classes had to stop when my dad got a few paycuts, so thats outa the question. What should I do to get my tumbling back, and get over my fear? (link)
Heyy I had the same problem. I cheered for 6 years and I had all that till one day I fell and hit my head. I didn't do any tumblin till my last two yearz. Till some one told me that you have this and you need to face your fear don't let fear take over you. She also said take it slow at first. Don't just jump back into. Take your time.
