well im 14/f (15 in 2 monthes) and there's this guy that i like and he's 17 but im not sure he'd really be into me since he's 2 1/2 years older. people i didn't know have thought i was 15 or 16, because i just look older i guess, but i was just wondering if some guys out there (that are around 17 or 18) could tell me if you wouldnt mind the age gap or if it would make you feel uncomfortable? hi im not a guy but im 13 going on 14 and my b/f is 16 going on 17 other people make are gonna make fun of you because it definatly happened to me but their just insecure. if you love him and he loves you go for it dont mind what other think. i didnt care niether did he and we have the best relationship ever. hope i helped. good luck

track starts on march 6th
i can't even fun a quater mile with out geting out of breath!
i am 14(8th grade ) and i just bought a treadmill yesterday

what you can do is just start working out alot and dont eat junk foods. eat healthy foods so it will build up your body with all the nutrients. then maybe you could start running around your block everyday. hope i helped.

so i have been with this team for about 6 years and i work hard each summer and i'm still benched a lot throughout the whole season. I'm not very good friends with the people on the team and sometimes i think that i'm not that good. i'm torn between quitting when the season ends or sticking witht the team. it would only be one more year of it and then i'd be done. should i go through being benched a whole year again, and keep trying to improve, or should i just quit and let the stress and other drama be gone? help! hey ya i know how getting benched can feel even tho i was one of the best on the team my coach just picked on me and ya i wanted toquit but i still loved the sprt and wanted to play. You may feel bad about yourself getting benched but if you love the sport enough then you'll keep doing it. Dont care what other people think because some of those people may not even be on a basketball team so u could say atleast i play to them. just do what u think you wont regret. hope i helped.

does anyone have any tips for basketball (like any secrets or anything to use in a game) ? i'm on the school team this season (im a girl just to let you know) and i play foward. so anything would help

hey you could try doing 5 lay-ups on your right side and then 5 on your left. try taking foul shots and dribble around to get use to dribbling. Ask one of your friends to help you out becasue you want to get better. hope i helped!

Ive been having a real problem latley. The last week I have gotten NO sleep. Its not that i stay up late or anything. I usually get ready for bed (meaning off the phone) at like 11. Then I'll just sit there for 3 hrs. Ive taken PMs but it still doesnt help. Someone PLEASE what can i do to get to sleep!! Its leaving me w/ migrains in the morning! (link)

this same exact thing happened to me for a month straight. well what i did for awhile was i had sleepy time tea for a hile but that didnt rly help. but then after a while i would stay up late just watching tv in my room then put it on timer for 2 hours and the following day i would be so tired i would fall right asleep. and now im able to sleep whenever.
