I'm kinda scared of shots, and tomorrow i have to go to the doctor to get a physical and i have to get a tetnis shot. im freaking out. do u have any tricks to help me relax or to numb the pain? i need some advice asap b/c the appointment's tomorrow morning. thx!

I had just got a tetnas shot today, and I too have a huge shot phobia! But it looks and sounds a lot worse than it really is. It just feels like a pinch and your arm is a little sore later on. It is really not bad at all and is over in 2 seconds, so don't worry you will be fine!
