No, this is not cheating at all. If you aren`t going out with any of them, then it`s not cheating.
Well, which one, out of the two, do you think you`ll be happier with? That you`ll stay with longer? That you`ll want to remember in the future? There is your answer. Just, follow your heart. Do you think that a relationship with the guy in sacramento will work out? If so, by all means, go for it! If not, you might want to give the other guy a chance. It`s really up to you. Just some advice :D.

Well, you just kinda have to do what feels right to you. If you think you are doing the right thing, then, by all means, you should do it without caring what your friends think.
Also, if they aren`t telling you what they feel about the situation, and instead, they just give you bad looks, then talk to them about it. But don`t let those badd looks affect your decision about what YOU want to do. Follow your heart, and open up your friends`. If you just talk to them, and communicate about the whole thing, I`m sure everything will be alright. Just, ask things like, "Why don`t you tell me if there`s something wrong?" "Is there something you need to tell me?" Stuff like that. Otherwise, they are going to keep giving you those dirty looks. Just, let them know that you don`t appreciate them.
