Hello,

I woke up yesterday morning with an awful itchy white spotty mouth, the spots are tiny, white heads in patches all around the mouth area, extremly itchy, feel really dry when scratch them and came from no where.

I am going make a doctors appointment, but i really would like you advice before

You might just have a coldsore...or just pimples. I don't think it's serious
