Lately i have been becoming more and more agitated while I'm trying to go to sleep. Every little noise I hear keeps me up and even if there's a tiny light shining anywhere in my room it seems like I can almost feel it being on and I can't sleep. I don't know if this counts as insomnia or what but i need some help (link)
found this on web md. helped me.

1. Cut caffeine. Simply put, caffeine can keep you awake. It can stay in your body longer than you might think – the effects of caffeine can take as long as eight hours to wear off. So if you drink a cup of coffee in the afternoon and are still tossing at night, caffeine might be the reason. Cutting out caffeine at least four to six hours before bedtime can help you fall asleep easier.
2. Avoid alcohol as a sleep aid. Alcohol may initially help you fall asleep, but it also causes disturbances in sleep resulting in less restful sleep. An alcohol drink before bedtime may make it more likely that you will wake up during the night.
3. Relax before bedtime. Stress not only makes you miserable, it wreaks havoc on your sleep. Develop some kind of pre-sleep ritual to break the connection between all the day's stress and bedtime. These rituals can be as short as 10 minutes or as long as an hour.

Some people find relief in making a list of all the stressors of the day, along with a plan to deal with them this can act as "closure" to the day. Combining this with a period of relaxation perhaps by reading something light, meditating, aromatherapy, light stretching, or taking a hot bath can also help you get better sleep. And don't look at the clock! That "tick-tock" will just tick you off.

4. Exercise at the right time for you. Regular exercise can help you get a good night's sleep. The timing and intensity of exercise seems to play a key role in its effects on sleep. If you are the type of person who gets energized or becomes more alert after exercise, it may be best not to exercise in the evening. Regular exercise in the morning even can help relieve insomnia, according to a study.
5. Keep your bedroom quiet, dark, and comfortable. For many people, even the slightest noise or light can disturb sleep like the purring of a cat or the light from your laptop or TV. Use earplugs, window blinds or curtains, and an electric blanket or air conditioner everything possible to create an ideal sleep environment. And don't use the overhead light if you need to get up at night; use a small night-light instead. Ideal room temperatures for sleeping are between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures above 75 or below about 54 can disrupt sleep.
6. Eat right, sleep tight. Try not to go to bed hungry, but avoid heavy meals before bedtime. An over-full belly can keep you up. Some foods can help, though. Milk contains tryptophan, which is a sleep-promoting substance. Other foods that may help promote sleep include tuna, halibut, pumpkin, artichokes, avocados, almonds, eggs, bok choy, peaches, walnuts, apricots, oats, asparagus, potatoes, buckwheat, and bananas.

Also, try not to drink fluids after 8 p.m. This can keep you from having to get up to use the bathroom during the night.

7. Restrict nicotine. Having a smoke before bed -- although it feels relaxing actually puts a stimulant into your bloodstream. The effects of nicotine are similar to those of caffeine. Nicotine can keep you up and awaken you at night. It should be avoided particularly near bedtime and if you wake up in the middle of the night.
8. Avoid napping. Napping can only make matters worse if you usually have problems falling asleep. If you do nap, keep it short. A brief 15-20-minute snooze about eight hours after you get up in the morning can actually be rejuvenating.
9. Keep pets off the bed. Does your pet sleep with you? This, too, may cause you to awaken during the night, either from allergies or pet movements. Fido and Fluffy might be better off on the floor than on your sheets.
10. Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed. The bed should be used for sleep and sex only. If not, you can end up associating the bed with distracting activities that could make it difficult for you to fall asleep.

So I got myself in this guy's radar... he looks i look he smiles i smile. I do things to surprise him all the time (like ask him for something when he least expects it, and savor his reaction and his gaze long after i've walked away) we never had a conversation before, and i don't want to be the one who starts one because i am really shy when it comes to talking (i don't mind flirting though! in a none direct way) I guess he's sort of shy too because all he seems to be doing (AFTER WHAT SEEMED LIKE AGES TO ME!) is walk past raise his brows and smile or sort of wink. at first when i was a little subtler he froze when he saw me and turned around turned back and wasn't too sure of what he's doing... he's getting a bit more confident. but again it took me a while and i had to be constantly around... I don't want to be desperate by being around all the time, but i don't want to disappear and make it look like a i don't care or just messing around... how long is too long to be away? I know if i stay around a lot I'll look desperate... we don't bump into each other anywhere else but here.. and i only go when i have work to do... am I on the right track? (link)
i think you should back up a little bit. did it ever occur to you that he thinks he looks desperate to you? or that he thinks you don't like him? guys think about things like this too so what you could be reading as a mixed signal could just be confusion and shyness. i do believe you are on the right track but i also think you should just talk to him. i know you're shy but guys love a confident woman and when you take the initiative it could show a lot of confidence in yourself, which is sexy. and when it comes to really liking someone, i mean REALLY trust me, when you are around, even when it's not often, he'll pay attention. hope this helped.

I have never made out with a guy before and i really want to. The thing is, i dont know how.
I know that me and my boyrfriend will be using tounge but what do you do? Do you start out as a regular kiss? Then do i put my tongue in his mouth first or him? What do i do when he puts his tongue in my mouth? I need steps please. I need to know exactly how to do it and what i do with my tongue and when he puts his tongue in my mouth. What do i do? Please help. (link)
ok, had your problem. NOT A BIG DEAL!!! what you need to do first is realize that NOBODY is just a great kisser. everyone starts somewhere and its always at the bottom, not knowing what to do, and freaking out. so just calm down, take a deep breath and rreellaaaaaxxx. kissing is supposed to be fun! here are a few basic steps to help get you started.

1- its ok to start with tongue depending on what kind of kiss it is. is this a romantic sweet looking-at-the-sunset kiss? in that case go slow and then you can hit the gas. or a rushed in the moment i-can't-wait-to-see-you-after-school kiss? in that case kiss normally for only a moment and then get down to business. one things girls don't realize is that guys love this kiss every once in a while. shows you can't wait!

2- when he puts his tongue in your mouth first (again depending on the type of kiss) don't freak out. you can respond back with a little play. gently stroke his with yours. run your tongue along the inside of his lips. gentle biting on the lips is fine too. whatever the mood calls for.

3- a few other tips to make making out more enjoyable. fingers through the hair. hand creeping up his chest to his neck and cheek. try flicking his tongue with yours before you stick it in his mouth, see what sparks fly. go with the flow. don't think about the kiss and relax, you like kissing!

hope this helped.

i really want to learn how to speak spanish, french, and italian.

i know some websites where it show's you the words and stuff..but does anyone know of a website where it will pronounce the word for me so that i can learn it? and it will help me learn how to say sentences and stuff? and all the correct words?

like if i want to learn how to say " Where is the restroom?" in all three of those languages, i want a website that will teach me how to say that correctly in all three languages.

thank you for all your help! (link)
well there are a few that will but they are more word of the day kind of things. There's not really a website that can teach you all languages really fast and show you how to read, write, and pronounce them all for free. your best bet would be to save up for rosetta stone or take traditional courses. the absolute best way? move to a different country and immerse yourself. works every time.
