Well, I just got my period a couple of months ago. And like a week ago, I used a tampon. Well, anyway, I had a lot of trouble with it, and it was actually pretty painful. Is it supposed to hurt your first time? %% Thanks %% (link)

Well it hurt me too once you get the hang of it, probally your 3rd period it won't hurt.

I have been trying to find how to make a quiff on the ponytail like gwen stefani does. Ya know...like that little poof in the front. i have tried pinning it but my hair splits. I have looked alll over the internet and cannot find anything!!! does anyone have any directions for how to do it? (link)

You have to tease the hair underneath then have a thin layer of straight hair over the teased. I like to just hair spray instead of teasing.
