First off sorry if this is in the wrong section, I was torn between two.

In a few weeks im goin to see my girlfriend and im scared she is going to see my scars on my arm. I started cutting before I met her then did what I could to stop because she made me so happy. But when I go over im scared shes going to see them and start questioning me. U hate talking about it and ive only told one person that i used to cut.
I wear long sleeves whenever I can but its going to be getting hot again soon and im getting really paranoid. Does anyone have any advice to hide them or something?

you can try covering it with foundation makeup or any makeup cover stick, but i had bad cuts on my legs because i was real upset, and i went to the beach and got second degree sunburn, the sunburn hurt a bit but it got rid of the scars from cutting.

Ok so I'm female and I'm 16 and I have been hinting at my mom about wicca asking her how she feels about it and what she thinks it is well my mom is not really religious but she freaks out and tells me "Wicca is a cult. And cults don't believe in a god." How can I tell her I'm wiccan if she wont even give me a chance to explain it's not a cult that we believe in helping the earth through the magick of the elements and the living things around us and that we do believe in a god and a goddess (well many gods and goddesses) please help. wicca is not a cult, there is nothing bad about it, we all believe in doing good. some people are open to wicca, others arent, but they are ignorant. you are right about wicca being positive, im a natural witch and i do mostly healing and protection. it really helps people. especially when my son was a baby and had a 102 fever and i was able to break the fever within a half hour using wicca. also, im catholic wiccan, and i just see wicca as a way of seeing the beauty and wonder of what God created. He obviously wants us to learn about it and appreciate and use it to better our lives or He would not have surrounded us with so much nature.Silver Ravenwolf has it in her books on how to explain wicca to your parents. good luck :)

detoxify your body with lots of water and detox teas, also becoming vegetarian would help.
