i'm trying out for a volleyball club team in november.. what skills should i practice now and how should i practice for it? and should I like run and stuff? How can i get in shape for it? btw I'm 13 and i've done summer volleyball once, volleyball in school (like gym), a 5 day volleyball camp in the summer (preparing us for highschool vball), 2 clinics (they were 5 week clinics.. like you came once a week) and yeah.. thats about it. i really want to make the team.. so yeah, haha i love vball. and thanks for the help! :)
I used to play volleyball in 7th and 8th grade, and i found that the most hepful way to practice was with a partner. We used to practice in my garage.(but it all depends if you have enough space) so u should have one of ur friends thats trying out to come over and pass with you.

My name's Kaity, and my best friend (who's a guy) is so sweet. There's only one problem: his friend. He hangs out with this girl named Marge who's a really mean person. She says some hurtful things because she really speaks her mind (I'm not saying there's anyting wrong with that, but I just wish she would be more sensitive to other peoples feelings). I wish I could tell him he shouldn't hang out with her, but i cant choose his friends for him, can I? What should i do?
maybe you should tell your friend whats on your mind. Try not to get him too upset it. If that doesnt work you should definatly just stay away from Marge if she puts you down like that.
