i would lije people who have either seen this movie or saw a scary movie and had the same problem as me to answer this.
i watched this movie "The Ring" like 5 months ago,and i still get kinda scared and cant sleep.what should i do? (link)

i have wacthed that movie to and got dead scared . i would not sleep or go anyware without someone. all you need to remember is that it was just a movie and you saw it five months ago and if it was true u would be dead by now
