Hi I'm 13/F and I need six pack ABS but (there is always a but) I only have 4 months to get them. Please help people I need them and I dont have that much time if you need the exthact date I need them by june 22nd. Thank you so so so so much to anyone who answers.

anyways,
what you can do is,
-eat healthy, dont eat junkfood but still eat b.c skipping meals will work after a long while, and starving yourself will only slow down your metabolism.
-do say 50 regular crunches and make sure your neck isnt touching your chest so you arent working your neck muscles, just pretend theres an orange inbetween your chest neck area and your jaw.
-then lay down flat on your back and then lift your legs up off the ground to a 90 degree angle and then back down but not all the way down, and do like 20 of those.
-do the plank, get into pushup position but get on your elbos and forearms instead, and then on your toes, and your body has to be off the ground and flat in the air
-do 50 crunches but side to side, like left elbo past your right knee and right elbow past your left knee
- if you have a yoga ball sit on the yoga ball and then go back and then sit up, do like 30 of those
-running is very good because it works so many things in your body including your abs (gets rid of fat which will make them more defined, crunches and evrything make them more defined and toned) and running is just great all together for your health and body.
-you can buy pilates dvds, the abs disks which work great,
remember not to over do it, and if it hurts and you cannot do anymore dont b.c then you'll just start doing it wrong and you'll work the wrong muscles and you wont be doing anything good for what you want to achieve.

hey
my skin just all of a sudden got really dry
and its like peeling
its gross like crusty looking
ive used moisturizer and it works for about 20 minutes and then i have to re apply it.
does any one have any ideas on how to hydrate my skin or should i just go to the doctor?

aha okay, first wash your face with a cleansing face wash, anything almost. make sure its not drying, it should be for dry skin. then when you wash your face get a mild exfoliator so that it scrubs off all the dead skin cells, dont put it near your eyes because the skin there is sensitive and thin. use the exfoliator only like once or twice a week, unless your skin is really dry, then i guess you could use it a few more times :P then put on a 24 hour moisturizing face cream and you're set. ( i use marcelle face cream because its really good :P )
you can use vichy face washes and their whole line of skin care (i use most of it)
or you could go for garnier fructice, or clean and clear etc.
oh and you might want to get a facial once or twice a week, just get the little package and do it at home if you cant get it done at the salon.

i wear makeup and everything but you know how celebrities get their lips to look like a light light pink? well how do they do that? it looks like really shiny and soft pink. My lips are like a dark pink and i hate ittt i want pink! haha help!

aha i have really pink lips too ! and i want the same thing as you :P
well what i do is get a really really like chapstick (labello, pearl something) and put that on. or you could get a really light lipstick.then i put on a really light pink lip gloss on top
anything frosty wouls work. but make sure to put one underneith b.c it'll stay really light pink and it'll look really good.
just make sure not to make them too white.

okay well i have really fat thighs and its getting to be summer so i need to work off the fat. any fast acting exercises i can do? i don't have any workout things like a cardio ball or dumbbells. what exercises that don't use anything.

squats (against the wall, feet shoulder width apart, go down really far so you feel the burn), leg presses, leg lifts (lay on your side and life the top leg on a little angle, you feel the burn in your bum and your thighs), olypticals (great cardio that make you lose extra weight everywhere), running (you'll get longer and leaner muscles), inner thigh lift (where you put one leg over the other and go to the side, point your heel out and toes down, lift so you feel a burn in your inner thigh), fetal thigh (on your side put ligs in like an L shape, like curling up into a ball like a fetus and lift the top leg so you feel the burn in your bum and thigh :P), treadmill too. any cardio will burn calories and then it'll stop your body from storing fat in the areas where it wants to, thighs, stomach are areas where the body stores a lot of fat)
also, if you want smaller thighs you have to watch what you eat, your body will take the fat and store it in your thighs
dont go on a crazy diet b.c after you'll crave junk food and you'll eat way more than you usually would. you can still eat obv, just in moderation, dont eat a lot , but eat the good stuff. dont eat out a lot (i never do) and dont eat fast food/deep fried food.
for snacks eat like vegetables and fruit.

ask him what hes doing on the weekend and if he wants to hang out.
dont stall b.c then he might stop liking you , he might think that you arent into him so he'll slowly stop liking you.
take the lead, why not ?
call him first and just talk to him.
dont be nervous or anything, just be yourself and he'll like you even more.
