hello! i'm a 15 year old girl and i cut myself, not all the time, but just whenever. i don't even have to be really depressed to do it, just in the mood for it. i've been cutting since i was 14, and a bunch of my friends think it's gross. my problem is this: i can't find a reason to stop. it helps me with my problems, and i'm not trying to commit suicide (no wrists). the way i see it, i would rather cut than do drugs, drink or smoke, and cutting makes me happier. otherwise, i'm a good B-average student and athletcially involved. i write a lot. so why is cutting so bad? it's my personally choice, and it helps me. i just can't see the cons... Its NOT healthy at all to cut yourself; no matter where it is or how you do it.
It CAN be addicting; some people rather cut thereselves rather then getting high because seeing the blood MAKES you have a high.
Please get help.

You know those rubber bands that some people have to wear on their braces? Well, I have been ordered to wear them to correct my overbite. The thing is, I was given the instructions to start wearing them like 2 weeks ago, but I have forgotten to do so, since I went on vacation the first week and then I just forgot about it. Now I am wondering if there is any way I can make up for this lost time, because I dont want to have my braces on any longer than I need to. I heard that you can wear two rubberbands at a time, does this work? Has anyone done this? I have started wearing them now, but can I make up for the time I forgot? 16/f by the way. (link)

Theres no way you can "make up" time.
& DONT wear 2 rubber bands, my orthadonist told me I shouldn't do that eather..
I got my braces taken off about 9 months ago & I barely ever wore my rubber bands. Just wear ALL the time except when your eating & etc.
