Ok so were I live well it's getting snowy and too cold to run outside I need good workout info that I could do in my house bc I can't go to a gym at the moment but I want to get in shape for softball a little so when conditioning starts it won't be as bad... And I kinda have a small fear of conditioning soo any good types of workout I could do in the house p,s I don't have stairs k thanks!! (link)

also, you can still run outside ya know.
running in the cold is actually alot easier than running in the heat XD
but if thsts out of the question, i would recomend, aerobics, and yoga.
niether are truly easy and both can help you relax while also lose weight and get in shape. good luck


okay, making a long story short...
i had this friend and we used to like eachother but we were only friends and we used to talk everyday. then we kept having fights and becoming friends again and again. it drove me crazy and i hated it. now we haven't talked for probably around a month- 2 months. i know this should make me happy but i kinda want to talk to him again. i know if we become friends the fighting will probably happen again but i...

if you truly think his friendship and company is worth the possibility of a fight, then you should be with him. but if he isnt worth the fighting, why should you.
