I am on a team that I don't want to be on. Which really sucks all my friends are on the same team but not me. I need a good excuse for the guidance counsleor on why I need to switch and not just because of friends. I need the advice by tonight. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

i have had that happen before and what worked for me was taht i said that there were some people on my team that i dont get a long with and they destract me from my work and depend on if there is more then two teams say that there is only one team that there is only one team were there is no one that could destract you from you work and that team would just so happen to be the team with all your friends

people cut them self because they have so much happening to them (bad things) so much mental pain is building up in side them and they just need it to stop to go away so they can be free of it they think that cutting can free them of it they think that it makes them feel betta because they forget about all the mental pain and u think about the phycial pain...this usually happens with depression...sometimes this is an act of attaion and a very bad one...this is something that needs to be stopped if you are very worried abut u friend doing this tell her to maybe try writting in a journal so she doesnt have to deal with it so much or maybe like scribbaling a lot on paper that helps me when i get agree about those kinds of things happening

what i would do is a bunch of flirting and stuff and bring it up ask if you guys are eva gunna go out or somethin like that or if u dont like that aproch then just kinda of ease it on him say that you think u would make a good couple or something like that...you no maybe not those words but something that will let him no u want him
