Zannex is an addicting drug just like nicotine. The only thing you can do is to tell him what it can do to him like causing a rapid/pounding/irregular heartbeat, which could lead to a heart attack and even death. But that might not work because its addicting and addictions are a hard thing to get rid of. if that doesnt work the only other thing i can think of is to suggest a drug rehab center
