I was over at this one guys house i have comment him on myspace and stuff. I had a dream I had sex with him. He's really hot.. lol. None the less I was at his house tonight and I was in the kitchen with him alone and I was like wheres your garbage? And he pointed over to where it was with a smile on his face [he was standing in the way with the fridge open so he closed it and smiled at me]. I threw out what i was holding and I went to walk away and he grabbed strawberries out of the fridge he was like hey you want a strawberry? And he opened them for me and held them out to me. I was like sure and I grabbed one and then i was like thank you and smiled at him do you think he was flirting?? or what?

Sounds like flirting to me! If you were over at his house ( I'm assuming he invited you over) then I would say he was deffently flirting. He invited you over didn't he? Than I'm sure he has feelings for you as well. Try asking him to hang out some more and finding out if he really likes you. Then see where it goes from there.

There is this guy from my workplace that I know has a bit of a crush on me. I sort of like him back too. I had heard from several people that he had a drinking problem but so far it had just been rumours. Well last tuesday on my day off I went to the bottle depot and I ran into him. Initially he said hi, but then he got really quiet as we sorted bottles next to each other. All I had were empty diet pop cans, but he had boxes and boxes of empty beer cans. I sensed he was embarrassed because he was so quiet, and normally he's really talkative so I quietly collected my money and left. I just saw him yesterday at work after this happened, and his head jerked a bit when he saw me and then he looked away. He used to act sort of macho and cool around me, now it's as if someone has burst his bubble. I feel bad because we were finally getting comfortable around each other. Do you think he's embarrassed? And how should I act around him now?

Most likely he is embarrassed. You found out that his drinking problem was not just rumors. That they were true. I would be embarrassed too.
But if you really like this guy try asking him out to dinner or maybe grabbing some lunch on your break. Maybe try talking to him and tell him he should not be embarrassed and shy around you now that you know. Then ask him about his drinking problem. Maybe suggest him going to a AA meeting once you start to get closer. But if you really do like this guy you should help him with his drinking problem before you get involved with him.
The best thing to do first his try to convince him to get help from somebody. I grew up in a house with drinking and it is not a pretty sight. So just try talking to him.

Well I have had this problem before. Almost every girl in the world has had this problem before.
If I were you, first why don't you have a friend go and ask him if he maybe likes you. But if you don't want to let him know you like him before you know for sure if he likes you why don't you ask a close friend to ask him something like:
(boy's name here)do you like (your name here) because it seems like you are always flirting with her?
Or something along those lines.
