Hi, it's me again, the one I asked about my late period and you replied. I'm worrying about my period because still didn't come, is 3 days late now. When I touch my breast hurts me.

As I sad before, I didn't have sex, my bf just touched my vagina with my clothes on even he had clothes on. If he had an orgasm, sperm couldn't enter my vagina through clothes right? If I worry, it will delay more right? What can I do to not worry about it??

Sorry for asking the second time, but I'm worried. I would appreciate if you reply!!

Thanks. (link)
Yeah, try your best not to worry.I get sore, tender boobs before my period as well,so its completely normal.
The only way you can get pregnant is if sperm enters you.For this to happen,it has to get near your vagina somehow.Your boyfriend touching you through clothes won't make you prenant,
.Unless (sorry to be vulgar) he fingers you with (fresh)semen on his fingers, has sex with you,or in some other way gets semen near your vagina, you can't be pregnant.
Out of curiosity, how old are you? My periods were a bit irregular when I was younger (I'm 19 now, turning 20 next month).

Aimee

I supposed to have my period today, but I didn't get it. All I know is that during the ovulation I was very worried because of exams. My breast hurt me a bit...when my period is due to they hurt me. Is it possible that my period is due to??

I didn't have sex, my bf only touched my vagina and breast (we had clothes on, so sperm couldn't get into my vagina if he had an orgasm right?)

What could it be? It is only late by 1 day. (link)
You're verryy unlikely to be pregnant, unless he was masturbating and had semen on his fingers, then touched your vagina. But still...its not likely.
You're only 1 day late.Womens bodies are finicky things,so its natural (especially if you've been stressed) to be late sometimes.
If you've been getting pms symptoms (sore breasts, bloated, cranky etc) then its more than likely just around the corner.Try not to worry about it too much.If its,say 2 weeks or so late, then you should go to the doctor.

Hope this helps!

i have recently become an lacto-ovo vegitarian. its been a couple of months now. in the past couple of days, i get these dizzy spells that come and go, and i just feel kinda crappy. is this from lack of iron or another type of supplement? are there alternate foods besides meat so i can get my daily quantities? i would also appreciate any advice, or comments. thanks! Hey there.I'm a vegetarian as well, and have been for around 2 and a half years now.Although,I rarely eat eggs, and the only dairy food I eat on a regular basis is yoghurt.
But anyway! You may just be getting sick.I know I feel horrid before I get a cold,or the flu.If its only been happening for a couple of days, its probably not a lack of iron. But,if you're really concerned, its always best to see a doctor.
And regarding foods, the world is your (vegetarian) oyster when it comes to healthy,vegetarian,iron-rich foods!Of course, there's the ones everyone knows, like spinach and green leafy veggies.Tofu is a good source of iron,as are chickpeas.Google vegetarian sources of iron, and you'll find lots of helpful info :)
One important thing to remember about iron: haem iron is obtained only through animal tissues (ie meat),and is better absorbed by the body, whereas non-haem iron (obtained from plant sources)is not easily absorbed. So,how do you fix this dilemma? Vitamin C! Vitamin C really aids in iron absorption, and vitamin C rich foods can be fantastic in veggie meals. So,if,for example, you're making a salad, add tomato in there to aid in iron absorption.Or eat citrus fruits as a snack,or straight after you eat your meal.Or make a stir-fry with bok choy, tofu, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, bean shoots,noodles/rice,and whichever sauce you want.Yum!Combining iron-rich foods with vitamin C rich foods is great for you,and can taste awesome.
Its really important for women to make sure they get enough iron,as it gets depleted monthly with your menstrual cycle. When I first became vego,I took a multi-vitamin,but,stopped taking it because really,it was overkill. As long as you eat healthily, you can get all the iron you need :)

Hope this helps!
