I'm starting cheerleading on monday and I want to know any good stretches to get me ready for cheerleading. Please help. Also, how can I make myself able to do a split? (link)

To improve your splits do lunges for 30 seconds each day.It only took me one week on how to learn the splits.Also try to strecth your arms and legs.
