I've got shoulderlength fine brown hair. I was stupid and my round bristle brush got rolled up in it and i can't get it out. How do i get it out

First of all, do not use those brushes with the extremely stiff plastic bristles, ESPECIALLY if you have fine hair. Invest in something with soft bristles. It's much easier to get this type of thing out if it happens to get stuck.
If your brush does get stuck, get someone to help you immediately. If you fool with it yourself, chances are, you will make it a hundred times worse. Have someone use a long thin object like a knitting needle or a pencil to pick the hair out of the brush strand by strand. Try to figure out which way you wrapped it and pull it gently in the opposite direction.
