so i run mostly everyday for about an hour ..about 5 times a week. but during the days that i dont run, its like im getting fatter.. literally. like i feel my stomach got bigger and that is the area where im trying to target.. so does that mean i have to go running everyday so my stomach doesnt get any bigger? thanks for any help (link)

It sounds to me like you have issues. Honestly, if you're running for an hour straight almost every day of the week, you shouldn't worry about your stomach getting bigger. It would be nearly impossible for you to get fatter that fast because you would have to consume an alarming amount of calories. Your metabolism should be slightly higher than average because you exercise so much, meaning that you would have to consume more calories than most other people to maintain the same weight. Even if you put on any weight, it couldn't be more than a pound or two which would be inevitable and would be burned off when you returned to your running. Chill out and don't worry about getting fat. Another thing, if you're worried specifically about your stomach, try adding abdominal and oblique crunches to your exercise regimen. Like I said, don't worry about getting fat. If you can't stop worrying, see a specialist.

It could be that he really enjoys watching your face as you moan. Maybe it's a turn on for him. He also might be looking for signs of you faking. Many guys are insecure regarding their performance in bed and he could be searching to make sure that he really does do for you what your performance says he does.
