I don't really masturbate but I watch porn.. I understand what you mean completely. Sometimes I do feel uncomfortable like I'm a girl watching this and what if I'm caught? To handle the being caught, watch it and then delete your history and everything. If your parents walk in the room, look like your not watching it. To handle to stop watching it, I would whenever you're thinking of watching it go eat some food or watch TV. Leave whatever device you watch it on in the other room. Text your friends. Just find a distraction to do whenever you're thinking of watching it. It's not a bad thing really or not normal, we are curious! We wonder what it all is. Hope I helped!
