This is soooo frustrating I can't even . Ugh. My face is the pimpliest 7th grade face you'll see. It's soooo frustrating nothing is working!!!! I am eating about 11/2 -3 fruits a day, exercise 30 min - 2 hrs a day, and getting about 9 hrs of sleep! WHAT AM I DOING WRRRROOOKNG? I have 2 pimples next to each eyebrow ,1 one my chin, a hive on my forehead, and acne across my cheeks. I don't want to be that girl that is gross cause of all this acne. I've tried using tea tree oil once a day and washing my face. I've tried doing fruit blended ice treatments on my face too and NOTHING IS WORKING !!!! My parents won't take me to a dermontoligist bc they have their doctorates degree and r like " just exercise , sleep, and eat right and they'll go Away" well they haven't! And I'm not putting too much stuff on my face cause I've tried not using anything for a while which once again DOESNT WIRK I don't think it's not my hormones bc I haven't gotten my period so WHAT IS IT????? problem: stress, treatments and eating/sleeping/exerise habits

stress: Girl you need to take a deep breath and take the load off your back because from what I can see you're carrying several dumptrucks worth of shit on you and you need to toss them off and cool off in some freezing water. what evers got your underwear in a knot forget it for a moment and chill out

Treatments: using natural tratments is good but try not to use them every day on end. It damages your skin and makes things that are bad. Worse.

Eating/sleeping/exerise habits: breakouts have little to do with your eating habits. as long as it's healthy and not too much then yorur cool. The rest well limit them is the best. Sleeping does help and not just to breakouts. Exerise as I find has nothing to do with it.

Solution: cool down, regulate food quality, stay positive

1)Stressing out over what's going on in life is just holding you back from doign better things in life. Ya see when you panic and explode like mushroom cloud over things like this it makes the little things like break outs HUGE! When your stressed your body reacts to this and it kicks open your pores on you face. the last I checked any open spaces is a space for dirt and germs to get in and grow up to be breakouts. catch that? so cool down and chill out! Stressing over things don't make them go away. It screws you over and everyone else. take a moment to breathe and relax before you jump back in to fight it.

2) natural enemies of any girls skin is Fat, Oil, Salt and Sugar. their best friends are a good nights rest (stress free!) and gental cleanings twice a day. Eating fruit is good beacuse theres nothing bad about them. what is bad the other things you eat. beef burgers? try a vegie or a fish insted. Fries? go back and ask for a salad with out dressing. Pop or sugred drinks? tell them to screw off cuz water, 100% fruit juice and milk just took their place in your life. feeling the food is not salty or sweet enough? stop don't look at the salt and keep eating. I'm not telling you to not eat or drink them any more. I'm telling you to eat as little as possibe. If theres an other choice to them take it. I am too. I don't touch soda if I can get water or tea. burges? fish. Fries? salad please. my ma makes salty appatizers at dinner? eat less and more veggies.
Want some more encourgment?
Fat and Oils clog up your blood streams and can get you heart attacks and strokes. the last I checked they both like to kill people very much.
Salt?high blood pressure (nasty little bastard the last one is. once on meds for it. never commin off. Expensive kinds too) will end up in you and screw you over.
sugar? sorry but I prefer to not need to prick my self every day and waste money on meds and things for dibites if I can help it.

3) you wanna talk exercise? I work out much more and I don't even break one at all. so exercise has nothing to do with it. but it does keep you healthy and strong. Healthy to fight ilness and desiese. Strong to fight the nasty things that come at you in life.

4) you sound very negeitve and self consious as is any girl your age. If you stay positive you'll do things that suprise you. one man got in a car acident docs say he'd never walk again. guess what? He walked out on christmas morning. no help required. his screeact. positivity and the belif that he could beat what life had tossed at him. sure he could have gave up as soon as the news came to him and waste money on a wheel chair. but he didn't. he got right to therpy and started to move his body. build back what life decided he didn't need. If a man could do that then you can stay positive and belive that in the worst of the senairos there is a better way out and a better way to do things.
A positive mind means a possitive self esteem. That means screw what others think of your face cuz you've got other things to worry about then what they think about you. If you belive that your pretty then they better change their minds or you forget about them beacuse their bringing you down and them selves up. worry about your edcuation and your welbeing before your soical life beacuse you've got a set number of years you can use to learn as much and as best as you can before it gets hard to do so. You'll have your whole life afterwards to worry about things like that then.

What a 20 Year total of education? pifft you'll live to at least 60 if not 80. that's only a 1/4 or1/3 of your life you still have the rest of it to live!
