one of my good friend's father just died of a heart attack on christmas. i left her a message on IM saying i was sorry and that i'm here for her and love her and all that..but what else do it do? has anyone here's parent died? what would you want? i'm guessing she just wants to be with her family. we are sending them a card. should i call her or go see her or..what? First of all let me tell iam iam so sorry for you friend , i have lost my father too and all i needed from my friends was i needed them there , so i think , go to her and be there hug her and tell her it will be ok , don't stay awa thinking she needs to be alone , she doesn't and youcan tell her i will stay with you as long as you need i just want to be there , but if you need to be alone at any time tell me and i will understand .
