Well, I kind of asked this question before, but I'm changing it a little. I want to know how I can publish my poems, either online, or in the real-world like a book. I want to know which is better or which is cheaper. I got really good answers the other day, but they didn't fit this question. (link)

With regards to one of the previous answers, even if you have money, you can't really just make a book (unless we're talking construction paper and that garbage). what you can do is post your poems online at www.postpoems.com or at www.poetry.com. if you think your stuff is good enoug, you can send it in to various contests or even to a publisher. that, i think, is the only real way to get your stuff published. good luck!
