Is 13 old enough to wear makeup? I mean like light makeup, not really heavy makeup cuz I'm 13 and I want to, but I'm not sure if it would look weird on a 13-year-old? (link)
honey yes yesyes i started wearing makeup young and i looked fie there are plenty of girls who wear alottas makeup and there young so yes its perfectly fine
