20/f.
I've never given head before and I lost my virginity to my boyfriend of 10 months about 2 months ago. I really want to give it a try and obviously he would really like it. The thing is, I'm not so sure that I know how to give it. I understand the idea of it & I'm so used to giving hand jobs but I want to do more. Call me stupid I guess... but what do I do once I put his penis in my mouth? Is there a limit to how far in my mouth I go? Once its in, what kind of feeling am I supposed to give? Like a sucking feeling? Blowing feeling? I'm afraid my teeth are gonna bite down and that will really suck. What do I do with his balls & what do I do with my tongue? I have no idea!! Please help. im in cheerleading, and a few weeks ago after tumbling practice, i started to feel this pain in the outside of my thigh.. like i think its called the I.T. band? anyways, it feels like i pulled it, but usually when i pull muscles they dont hurt this bad, and go away. its been hurting for about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks now. like when i go to do the splits or straddle stretch, with both legs spread out, it hurts to go to the middle and it feels really tight there, and then i can touch my nose to my knee on the other leg, but when i go to that side i cant go all the way down. it sucks because since i cant stretch it very well, i am more likely to pull even more muscles! could this be it band syndrome or what? i will get it checked if it continues to hurt. thanks! It's very likely that you strained the muscle, possibly tearing, and more stress on it is making it worse. IT Band Friction Syndrom would have pain over the lateral knee, by your joint line, and an increase of pain when running downhill, knee flexion and extension. You should see an athletic trainer if possible to get it checked out, otherwise there could be lots of problems down the road. Good Luck and maybe try to work on strecthes, only to where you can feel it, not where it is causing you pain. And some strengthing exercises.

On Friday I'm going to a country for a week, and it's 30-40 degrees there right now (always sunny)
I was wondering, what would be the best way to avoid intense sunburn, but still tan really well at the same time.
I tan quite easily, but I tend to burn.
Any tips?

Thankyou! (link)
Constantly apply sunblock. Its not enough to just put in on once, and trust me you will probably still get a tan. Im somewhat the same way, tan easily but there is the occasionaly tendency to burn as well, and I use sunblock all the time, and I still get a tan, between the times I reapply it. Just make sure its not too long.

I have asthma and everyone on my campus smokes. They aren't allowed to smoke in the dorm and they need to be 30 ft away from entrances, but no one follows that rule. I have a hard time breathing and I can never catch my breath walking to class. I really don't know what to do. It's to the point where I want to transfer, but it's only October. The school isn't going to change the rules just for one person, but what can I do? Would wearing a scarf help at all? Thanks! (link)
I think the best thing you can do, is really step it up and find other people who support you for a smoke free environment. I'm from Illinois and go to and Iowa school and both states are publicly smoke free. Give a good argument at to why it's beneficial, for everyone's sake. Good Luck.

I'm a 16, almost 17 year old female, junior in high school. For my whole life I've struggled with my weight, and now I'm finally getting tired of it. I'm about 5'3 or 5'4. I weigh about 167 pounds. I don't LOOK that fat but I know that I am. I'm very self-concious, because out of my group of friends I've always been the 'chubby one'.

I know many people will say exersize and eat healthy, but that just doesn't really cut it for me.
I try to eat healthy & I run cross country, play basketball & softball all for my school.
I don't want to mention to my parents or doctor about losing weight because I'm embarassed by it.
I know I shouldn't be, but I just am.

If anyone could help me in anyway possible I'd really appreciate it.
I want to get this under control before I hit college and have to fear the "freshman 15".

Thanks. (link)
don't take any kind of supplement, cause its not going to work. really you know the answer to this questions, eat right, portion control, more fruits and veggies, but out the sweets for a bit, drink lots of water, and EXERCISE! if you do this right you'll see a significant change. i swear.
