Weave that looks natural and not fake. What is it called?

There is no natural looking weave. They might "blend" with your hair but there is always going to be the appearance of bumpiness in the weave. Weaves are very damaging to your hair, especially to women of color who have very coarse hair. Your hair will break and split and you soon will have no hair at all if you continue to abuse it. My advise to you is do NOT go the weave route.
