Hey!
So I think it's an age old question, but I could always use more opinions preferably from women.
I'm a fit 21 year old in College, but I'm tired of the whole "college" dating scene so I'd like to meet a mature type of women. I'm not looking just to pick up, I'd like a relationship.
Where's a good place you'd recommend other than coffee shops to meet women??

Ok, I know it sounds lame but go into the
"Personal" section and you'll see adds of people like you who are trying to find that someone.
Just enter in what kind of guy you are, what kind of girl your looking for, and you'll start getting email :)
and they'll want to know when you want to meet up.

I'm a writer. Note, I'm not an author. Authors have to get published.
I'm male, 26, wrote a nice piece of fantasy, book one of two. And no agent is touching it.
I've already refined it to the point where it's only subjective if you don't like it. I've been to conferences, queried several agents.
And I just don't know how much longer I can keep doing this.
I know that all the no's are supposed to lead to a yes, but every time I'm rejected, I hate myself more and more, and feel like I'm wasting my life.
I don't want to self-publish, I want to prove that my talent is good enough. I want to find the right agent, I want to be a big smash. I want to feel like I haven't wasted my college years studying for this and the years after chasing it.
I don't even know what I'm asking for on this site. I just... I just want to feel confident that I'll find my agent soon. (link)

Dont give up.
I know exactly how it feels to be rejected.
Just try searching for other agents and companys.
Did you know the first "Chicken soup for the soul" book was rejected by almost everyone they when they wanted to get it published?
But they kept trying and finnaly found someone who would publish it and they made millions!
Maybe those authors are making the same mistakes.
But keep trying :)
Those years studying this stuff in collage wasent a waste.

to be honest, all it really is, is you feel really woozy. all your secerts wont come blurting out. I think thats just some kinda rumer..
or it doesnt for me anyways.
Just dont go to over the top with your drinking and I think you'll be just fine :)

Sorry if this is too long, just want to give enough details.
I'm currently a freshman in an university and I've been friends with a sophomore girl for 8 months.
We have gotten really close. She is the type of girl that is very blunt and likes to speak her mind.
We are both very stubborn and reserved when it comes to our problems and feelings.
She just recently told me that she loved me, and considering the type of girl she is, it was a shocker.
We are always making fun of each other but we've helped each other like best friends.
I'm very picky when it comes to friends that I let in and get close, and so is she, in fact, she doesn't enjoy being around girls and she is
boy crazy.
Two nights ago we were on the couch, I was tickling her and when she tickled me back she kissed me.
At first I pulled away and pretended it didn't happen and kept tickling her.
Then she did it again and I kissed back.
We ended up making out for the entire night and I could tell that (I apologize for the language) she got turned on.
Last night when we were kissing she stopped and said: "What are we doing" "I don't fool around with people I care about"
"I don't want to lose you, but I'm afraid things might get messed up" "I love you so much"
I didn't respond and then we both cried. She hasn't cried for over two years so it was heartbreaking to see her cry.
She kept saying that she was sorry and she begged me not to leave her. She kept saying how bad she felt about it and I told her
that both of use made a mistake, that she doesn't have to apologize because it isnt her fault.
After a lot of sentimentalism we went to sleep.
(We had a sleepover)
This morning I was with my randomness and making her laugh a lot.
We were hugging each other all the time.
She began kissing my cheek and I returned all of her kisses.
Then she kissed me again but this time she was more hesitant and we did not make out.
But she kept kissing my lips and pausing, resting her lips over mines.
I don't know what to do, or what to think.
I don't want our friendship to end. She's very important for me.
But I didn't expect her to kiss me again after last night.
And I could see how she was trying not to but ended up kissing me softly.
Like before, we are talking normally.
But not knowing what's on her mind is killing me.
I'm 100% that I'm not in love with her. But I do love her and I did enjoy, and would still enjoy, kissing her.

I think everyone is alittle bi-curious at atleast one time in their life..
Obviously she's attracted to you in that way.
If you dont want to get into a relashionship
then you guys can just "mess around" Ok,
That sounds bad, but if you like kissing her,
maybe you guys could do it for fun?
haha.. but about the whole friendship,
If you still want to kiss her, tell her that you dont want this messing around to interfear with your friendship.
Sit down and talk to her about it.
See how she feels.
It all depends. Which would you like to cherish more..

Not saying the first answer is wrong, you can do
that option but theres a possibility there could be a strain on your friendship.

WHY CANT I LISTEN TO MYSPACE MUSIC OR YOUTUBE VIDEOS ANYMORE!? like i used to be able to listen to both then i couldnt listen to myspace music and now i cant eve listen to youtube videos, ive downloaded flas phayer 9 like 934 times but it doesnt help, GAH HELP. (link)

Some computers do that beacuse you have to much stuff downloaded on your computer and it tends to go slower and not show videos or music.
or says "cannot be found"

Okay so I was talking to my friend online, and her girlfriend pops up and asks me to go to a club with them.
It was kinda sudden, and caught be by surprise. I think it could be fun, but I've never been to a club before, and have no idea what to expect, or what to wear lol. I sort of define myself as a sort of nerdy/geeky guy, and usually wear just jeans, t-shirts and sneakers. I don't really have anything else.
I don't really know if I wanna go. I mean, I part of me wants too, but for some reason it just seems too weird
