i myself had acnes. wat you should try is just leave all creams and lotions aside and wash your face with cold water and any oil removing soap 8 times a day. keep your skin dry even if there is dryness on skin let it be there,its gud sign. the first step to get rid of pimples is to get dry skin amd you will see the results in 2 weeks.
