whenever i change or go to the bathroom
there is always discharge in my underwear
its like a little white/yellow stain
one, is this normal?
two, is there any way to prevent this?

Yes it is very normal. I used to have the same problem, and i had it all the time even when i was on my period. I still dont know what its from but i went to the doctors it was a bacteria infection (its also common in a yeast infection so it could be either one). It was just my body developing and it just happens during the development- thats how the doctor explained it to me. But i would go to the doctors if i was you because it needs to be taken care of so it doesnt get any worse, and you can get rid of it. I was put on antibotics, and it went away within a week. Its where the heart is with natalie portman. Its such a great movie! And the book is really good book- you should considering reading it if you haven't
