I really want to be a landlord when i get older. What does it take to be one (how much college and what kind of investing) and what are the responsibilities and jobs a landlord does? it seems so appealing! i could be in charge of a bunch of apartments and rake in good money right?

nice question. my mom's a landlord.
you don't have to have any kind of special education to become a landlord. my mom didn't even finish high school :)
responsibilities.. it's pretty much nothing more than what you'd expect a landlord to do.
