heyy. okay well my hair is probably about 2 1/2 or 3 inches past my shoulders. well my hair used to be long (to the middle of my back) and i had to cut it because of my layers. so i was wondering if there was any tips that can make my hair grow longer faster. like by the time school ends (end of may) or summer begins/ends. i have been using patene pro-v beautiful lengths and it works good i just want something that helps it grow too. thanks a bunch. My hair is pretty long, and I too, use patene pro-v beautiful lengths, and it does work great. But if you don't take vitamins every morning, you should think about it because it helps to make your hair stronger, your nails too. You could also get it trimmed about every two weeks. I know that would b VERY expensive, but I'm not talking about going to a salon every two weeks, but you could get your mom to do it for you. My mom did it for me, and my hair is almost past half way down my back. I hope I helped.

Im 13 years old and im about 5'5 or 5'4 and i weigh 118 pounds and before i used to be overweight but now im skinny [[Thank God]]
haha, anyways i want to stay in shape, i keep losing weight, i still workout on my treadmille but i lose like 200 calories or 300 calories, and i still lose weight, and i eat just fine so im not starving myself, can anyone tell me how to stay fit and not gain or lose any weight, how long should i stay on my treadmille and how many calories should i lose, 200 calories seems like a little but i keep on losing more weight, it isnt a bad thing but i dont want to be too skinny to the point that i have no body you know? i like the way i am, thanks. Maybe you shouldn't run so much but go on a walk about maybe 800 meters or so. You could also just eat some healthy foods but you can always snack.
Or you could just do some fun exercises like the "sock jump", which is where you place two socks about 3 feet away from each other and jump back and forth to each one without stopping about 20 times .
