Hey! Please don't answer saying OMG YOU'RE ANEROXIA or how ever that is spelled.

I'm 15 5'4 female about 135 pounds. I'm not really fat but i'm not skinny, but i use to eat way to much. Like i was bored, so i grabbed a cookie. Lately i've stopped eating and only eat when im hungry. Unfortunaly, i took this to the extreme by accident. I realized today i hadn't eaten (it's 6pm) all day and i should eat, so i had cheese and crackers and now im really full. I honestly hadn't realized how hungry i was. im afraid my body is going to go into starvation mode if i only eat once a day and make me fatter/ is that true? or is eating light once or twice enough to keep it satisfied and use the calories i eat?! ok.. heres wat yoo need 2 noe. im in health class at mi highschool and it just so happens were covering this kinda crap now. this may sound wierd, but before i took this class, i was wanting to stop eating, and when i did eat i wanted to barf it up. (aka being belimic). i learned in this class that, A. your body needs a wide varity of foods to operate. meaning u need to be eating three balanced meals a day. yes, 3. the way you can stay thin? well thats simple. make your porportions a TINCEY (not alot but a LITTLE bit) smaller. second try your hardest 2 stay away frm the junk food
