My best friend and I are like sisters. We've been through everything together. Last night though we were at our other friends house. We talked about school and stuff but then out of no where, my best friend said that she has had sex with her boyfriend of 2 years. It came to a shock to me cause first of all she is only 14 and then second she didnt use protection. My other friend though said it was no big deal since she has been dating him for 2 years. try getting your parents outathe house maybe invite your bf over when your parents rnt home or go some where else . but most likely u will feel most comfortable doing these things in our own environment like yer room so juss get your parents out!

hey some things u might wanna do depends on how physical u r . if u dont participate in sports then i sugg. maybe walkin atleast 3-5 times a week 4 20 minutes each time u walk. u also might wanna do crunches or sit-ups . as soon as u start exersizing u wont tell ne weight loss but if u keep a up the exersizing u will strt to c a change. i suggegt keeping a schedule of your work-out
